I’ve been putting off buying a new pillow for months because a- they’re expensive and b- there are millions on the market. I noticed I needed a new pillow after getting really bad headaches a neck pain (my pillows were flat and had no support). I caved and upon searching for memory foam pillows (figures I could use more support) I came upon this one. At the time it was on sale and had great reviews. After having this pillow and using it for a few months I have to say, it’s changed my sleep life!! It’s so supportive yet soft. Very dense and honestly, worth it. I’m very shocked over how affordable this pillow is. Very thankful I chose it. I now sleep very well and have no neck pain anymore.

The pillows arrive vacuum sealed. They expand when you open the packet. A mild odor is noticed but dissipates shortly. The pillow fluffs to a nice loft but not overstuffed. You can adjust the loft by removing some of the inserted foam. The foam can be accessed via a nice smooth operating zipper. The pillow cover is a high quality material. They are comfortable for back or side sleepers. The foam does not compress flat while you sleep but feels sufficiently soft for comfort. I prefer a pillow to cradle my neck and head while I sleep. I am primarily a back sleeper and would highly recommend this pillow if you enjoy a soft yet supportive type pillow. The pillow is somewhat weighty but not as heavy as a solid memory foam pillow which can be very heavy. Catching some zeees with no neck pain!

I really wanted to like this pillow but the budget qualities are noticed soon after using it. The memory foam pieces inside are lumpy and I have to move them around with my hands every night to create a comfortable area for my head to rest. I haven't woken up with neck pain though which is really nice. The pillow cover holds in heat and makes it difficult at times for side sleeping, I think this pillow is probably best for back sleepers. I appreciate that you can remove the foam pieces to give you a better fit. After doing that it's still lacking the wow factor that other reviews promise.UPDATE: Once the pillow is "broken in" and you find the right balance of foam pieces to remove it's a great pillow. Easy on the neck and contours to however you are laying on it. Supportive and no pain in the morning. I bought an expensive cervical pillow recently and returned it because this one was way better.

I got this for my boyfriend as a Christmas present and he has been using it nearly every night for the past 8 months since he received it. He said the first few nights he was out like a light. I used it for a nap and the pillow was so comfy I decided to buy myself one! It comes in this cylindrical pouch and getting it out of the package is quite a workout (lots of tugging and pulling) because the foam is slowly expanding as you pull. But it is a great customizable pillow. You can take some of the memory foam out and store it in the bag they give you if the pillow feels too firm. You can adjust the memory foam inside the pillow by massaging the pillow (punching also works but not sure if it is recommended). The pillow sham is very soft (the layer surrounding the inside part). We recently upgraded our pillows to these and the firmness is amazing. They are still a soft feel and comfortable, but stay firm and level throughout the night. This pillow is GREAT for side and back sleepers, but not stomach sleepers in my opinion. I sleep probably 10% back, 40% side and 50% stomach and have a hard time using this for stomach sleeping because they are a bit too firm for that. I read another review that says you can take out some of the filling, so I'm going to try that, but I do think it's perfect for everything else!

When I first got this pillow I was so excited, I layed down with it and it melted my brain with how it felt. Well after my first night sleeping with it I realized it felt a little low. The next night I was sure that it didn't have enough memory foam for me, a side sleeper... I remember reading about it being adjustable. I just wish they would've sent more to start with because I can't add anything to it. The instructions said to run it through the dryer but I couldn't risk that causing it to be softer therefore not firm enough to keep my head high enough. Not to mention after about a months use almost I have to sleep with it vertical now because its just too thin for me, a side sleeper. Value though A+ Less than $20 for a durable and good feeling memory foam pillow.EDIT: After looking at memory foam options they all cost more than the pillow itself for way too much memory foam... Thinking about returning for another brand.

This pillow is the one I have been dreaming about for a very long time. I have had a lumbar fusion and a cervical fusion so finding a pillow that is comfortable and supportive but not hard and too soft is not any easy find until now. This is the pillow that does not or will not disappoint. I love that I can adjust the fullness and degree of support that I need and it can be done so easily. And did I mention price? I could not believe that this pillow would be this good at this price! Don't think twice if you are looking for the best pillow money can buy....try it and see for yourself.

Bought 3 because the first I got was very comfortable. These pillows do not get firm at all tho. Been sleeping on top of them to help my back pains & they do help. But at no point do they ever get firm at all for me. The one I use for my head just deflates like the ones I’m laying on.

I was worried when I first unpacked the pillow but once the memory foam plumped up it was perfect. It is nice and firm, and moulds perfectly under my head and neck. It does have a smell, but I fall asleep too fast to notice for long.

Not too firm, not too soft. Moulds to your head and neck, just like a memory foam mattress does to your body but because it has tiny pieces rather than one solid block of foam, it’s much more flexible. I have now bought one each for the whole family. We all love it.The only negative is that it has quite a strong chemical smell initially so I left it on top the rotary line to release it. Still takes a little while to disappear altogether but it’s definitely worth the wait.

I sleep better and my neck doesn't hurt as much as it did but after one or two nights it goes down and gets flat and I have to make it fluffy again

Some people may not like it as it is very firm, it takes a while to settle down but when it does its a comfortable pillow which will not go dead flat over time.

I was a bit skeptical when I saw the pillow as it was pretty flat out of the packaging. Left it for a few hours and it plumped up. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I'm surprised how comfortable it is. And no neck and back pain in the morning!!
