the app is poor bluetooth range is very limited can only use timer or thermostat individually but cannot not use thermostat to turn heater off while using a scheduled timer so the product is useless am sure a software update could easily fix this if they were bothered

It seems impossible to control the timer from my iPhone with the TriggerHome app and then subsequently to use my iPad to interact/control it - even at a different time. It seems to only like being paired with one controller. Also, it forgets the On/Off Timer Schedule every time it is unplugged or loses power. Otherwise it's pretty ok.

It's a good device but a pity that you can't use temperature control and timer at the same time, don't try to do this as it will only confuse the hell out of you. Takes a little time to work out the app but once you do it's an easy device to use

Installed to control an oil filled radiator. Works fine manually but the Wi-fi connection is not really that good. Maybe it’s me but it only seems to work while my phone is in range. I thought I might be able to control this remotely but it does not seem to work.

Not great. It works on Bluetooth rather than WiFi meaning every time it's out of range, it looses all the settings. Also, if you want to use the App, it insists on wanting access to all your phone contacts, to record sound, location, etc. Would not buy again.

After a couple of days it is regularly disconnects and have to unplug, then plug back in. When doing so it looses the programmed times, target temp etc., So that's not convenient.
