Great product

When I ordered this power adapter for my wife's computer to replace one that she lost, it was far less expensive than the Toshiba brand and even less than other third-party power adapters. Her Toshiba computer works as well with this adapter as it did with the one that came from the factory with her computer. I see no reason to spend more. This one quietly does the job.

I waited quite over a week for the notice that it had shipped, however my credit card was charged right away. The first one received wouldn't work. The company sent a replacement quickly. The second one worked perfectly. My only issue is that the cord is shorter than the original cord, so I've had to adjust accordingly.

The plug that goes into the converter seems loose and will fall out semi easily, but as long as you don't put stress on the connection everything works as advertised. I would recommend this product.

It's been a long time since I bought this and it continues to work without issue. Better than the one that came with my computer: The original ones wire insulation wore through and the bare wire became exposed.
