I have been using this belt for years it really helps to reduce my fat apron, it is noisy but I can tolerate that,my only problem is they don't last too long I use mine once a day on 3 areas my last belt bought in May has started to fade and will need replacing. It gets very hot not on the heat setting. I usually buy 2 a year, I will continue to use the product because it works and I get rid of fat around my stomach after weightloss surgery.
