This card fails to produce the rated output power under linux 14.04 with ath9k driver (or with Windows either).Measured with Agilent USB probe U2000A, and output power is 10 dBm / port ! This thing is beast. I love it. It's got tons of power and paired with the right antenna will give you a solid signal. It's a bit expensive, at least when I bought it, but totally worth it. I put it in a Gateworks GW-2391 router board running OpenWRT which serves as my primary home AP. I will probably get another one to fill the second slot.

Use this wireless card to pull in your neighbor's networks. You won't have a problem connecting to free wireless networks while inside your car.

Sees & connects to signals near and far just fine. Running it on Win7 32bit on Toughbook CF30. Using Lenovo wireless utility. Win7 utility will work ok too.Must search google for the Ubnt driver, I could not find the driver from within Ubnts website.

This is a great power full wireless card. Fully supported on linux as access point. The range is pretty good, I can get a weak signal even at 500 ft.

Great card for a laptop to use how ever they are starting to show there age with 802.11AC out and 802.11AD around the bend

This card is a wonderful wireless card. Although I cannot comment on its sensitivity, I can say that it has excellent linux support. I installed the card as a replacement for a failed wireless card in my wife's netbook.

Super card if your laptop supports it!
