Q: can this be used for 110v in an RV? or only used for 12v wiring?

The wire is rated for 600 volts. It would work just fine for 110v wiring in an RV. Also a standard wall outlet is rated for less than how much current this wire can carry, so there's no issues there either.

Q: Can i use this gs power’s 16 ga to power 150w light bar ? or should i go with 14 awg?

depends on how long you running the wire. Typically we target a 2% voltage drop in automotive syytems. With a 12V battery supplying 150W, 5 ft will be ok (a voltage drop of ~0.4V). But if you are running more than 10 ft, we would use 14AWG

Yes, It's very flexible. 67 strands (each strand is 30 gauge). Can easily handled 150 F. But 12 AWG might be overkill for 12v Camera. We have smaller gauge wires available at www.amazon.com/gspower

Q: Can this be used for 120v AC current?

Not intended (also not approved) for household 120V/240V AC. DC only.
