This brush, while good quality, has bristles that are way too soft... does nothing to hair or beards.. On the bright side, I found a use for it to clean my counter top after cutting my hair..

The bristles smell like ass. Definitely not a good product unless you like your beard to smell like ass after you brush it

I recently left my old bristled beard brush in a hotel room and wanted to grab something with a handle. This puppy popped up on the list and I got it for the price and delivery time.Compared to my old beard brush this is a dream. Softer on my skin but still hits deep enough to make a difference, it also hasn't lost a single bristle since my month of use. I also find that most brushes can have a weird manufactured burned hair smell to them, or "irony". This one didn't have that which was a super great addition.All in all, this feels like a win.

I should have listened to the reviews complaining about the bristles being too soft. I'm sure there may be some use for a brush like this, oerhaps combing a baby's hair or something, but definitely not for beards, it is utterly useless. I am 95 percent certain that the bristles are synthetic, although I have no real way to tell, but it looks like nylon fibres or something, very plastic sheen to it. The handle is too short and thus causes hand cramps in a very brief period of time. Youre best to keep shopping around for a proper beard brush.
