This is a medium quality item that could use longer ties of better material and sturdier loops for the ribbon eyelets. The fit is good and the length of the small fits me at 5'0" without needing hemming.

If your considering this, BUY IT!! This was a fantastic choice for me! I loved the fit! Honestly it was slightly roomy. The dress didn’t touch on the floor in the front, but slightly in the back, the hood was perfect! Love that it was adjustable in the back to tighten it up a bit, the hood is a bit heavy as it’s also velvet like the rest of the dress, so the only thing I noticed is that it would pull the dress down in the back, maybe that’s why the front never touched the floor. Lol either way it was perfect, I did take the sewn on belt off, as I thought the sewn on one seemed rather odd to me, and just used some velour ribbon as a belt and the color matched perfect. The dress was extremely comfortable! The sleeves were long and flowy which I was looking for, and the color was perfect! I’m 5”7 about 175, measurements or 40bust 35-36 waist and about 42 hip and mom pouch. Lol the dress has a lot of stretch and is very forgiving. I think it would love amazing one just about every body type. Good luck!

It fits perfectly on me thanks to the laces. They're thin ribbon, but if you buy your correct size you shouldn't have any issues with them ripping or anything. They're not meant to be like a corset they're just meant to draw the dress in slightly so that it fits you the way it should. That being said this thing is 100% polyester and will be crazy wrinkled when you bring it out of the box. Hang it up and Spritz it with water and let the wrinkles fall out that way or wet a towel and throw it in your dryer on medium heat for about 15 minutes or so and then immediately hang it up and you should see all the wrinkles disappear. For reference on the sizes I generally wear a size 10 in pants and a large in shirts. I'm 5'5 and about 170, I have a mummy tummy but it kind of hides it in the dress. I'll be able to use this multiple times because of the quality. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again.

I got this dress for a renaissance fair coming up in two weeks. At 5’3 and 190 lbs the XL fit perfectly ! Dress is super soft and made decently and the sleeves weren’t to long. Excited to wear and I definitely recommend !

Loooved this dress!!! 😍 it was so soft & pretty, looked just like the picture! The only thing was it was a little long on me & just a tad bit loose, but I am 4’11 & only weigh 100 pounds. I safety pinned the dress to fit me tight & also put a corset on top of the dress & it honestly looked phenomenal. Very happy with this dress

I loved the feel of the material and the colour of the outfit -- it's really comfy. Bought a size up but it's a little short in the front (can see my feet) so maybe going up another size would have been better, but not a big deal. The chest area fits ok but would have been a problem if I was bigger busted.
