I had an older version that finally gave out and purchased this one. I use this every single time I go out to play. I find this VITAL to my warm up and has helped me loosen up before hitting any shots. I love this contraption and WOULDN'T dream of playing without it.

Great item to have for those serious about their game. Or those who pay serious attention to injury prevention by way of stretching.

Thought this one was the one that bends. It does not!

NOt what I expected. Does not have the flexible handle as shown in the pics both for ordering and in slim documentation that comes with it. Not a real useful tool.

This is a basic tool to use for stretching when on the range, on the course or at home. It's simple and effective. It stores easily in your golf bag, weighs very little and adjusts to your height. I'm glad I bought it and people who see me using it often inquire about getting one as well.

I bought the Golf Stretching Pole because I have fibromyalgia and need to stretch both before and after golf to avoid constant pain. The pole was shipped promptly and is well made. The stretches for the shoulders, arms, upper back are excellent. However, I have yet to find a way to stretch hamstrings, quads, calf with the pole. It's a useful tool but I think you could use an adjustable hiking stick or a long wooden dowel and accomplish the same thing. But I am going to continue to use it and will update this review in a few weeks.

I am very pleased with this purchase...not just for my golf game, but also for my aging arthritic body. It is a wonderful way to start the day. I find that after a good hot, steaming shower, the stretching pole works wonders on my arms, shoulders and back. I also use it for balance with squats and knee bends. I'm sure I continue to find additional ways to use it...like as a walking stick. I would highly recommend it to folks of all ages. One aspect I didn't expect is that just seeing it standing in the corner provided the motivation for me to use it and then get more active!
