I ordered 2, and they are definitely *not* 1000GB devices. Maybe 100GB or so, and then they start failing silently, damaging your files when you try to access them again. They came formatted as exFAT (failed after loading up with some data), so tried NTFS and Mac OS Extended. They start out OK and seem fine until you pass a certain point when they become unreadable, disk repair finds lots of problems and tries to fix them up, but most files can't be read off. Amazon shouldn't be selling these if anyone else is seeing the same fakery that I saw on 2 of them. Returning for refund.Be safe with your files and ensure that these actually can be used with some capacity and that you can get files back off of them.

Love the small size and the quality of appearance. I hope it's as good as my other thumb drive that's lasted 10 plus years.

I copied two directories, about 100GB each. I moved the device to another computer, THE FILES ARE NOT THERE!I am reluctant to send the disk back for refund as the data was sensitive.Don't buy this piece of crap. Save yourself the money and time.By the way, it DID NOT come with a key chain.

I bought this for having a convenient way for transferring large amounts of data. If I put too much on it, it just ends up deleting things on the flash drive, and hiding the rest.It is very sophisticated, in the sense that by hiding the rest you figure that the flash drive can hold large capacities, you just encountered some kind of technical problem that happens with flash drives. No. It actually deletes everything past 100GB and let's you recover the rest if you want to spend hours using recovery softwareI have it 2 stars instead of one because it's a decent 100GB flash drive. But that's it. Do not expect it to hold more than that.

Bought to use for a mac at work, the usb is too wide and doesn't fit into the port! I try to shove it in, but it still won't go far enough in.

I keep all of my devices clear of most of their memory backed up on the USB Flash Drive. When this one is full, I will be purchasing another one. It sure beats the lazy computer repair people these days who don't actually want to fix your computer any other way but to restore it to factory and lose all your data and pictures. I will be saving all of mine on this 1TB Drive.

I thought this was going to be the perfect solution for backup for my business. I was wrong. I'm devastated. For whatever reason, files have started to just vanish from the drive. Not all, just intermittent. I've spent hours & hours transferring files to a larger drive, only for them to be gone the next day. This is my business! Gone!
