We use this on a regular basis, my husband runs and my daughter is in Track. Both add it to their water as the run or train. It has been a great Relief in this Texas heat, when they get a cramp. I watch and see how fast the relief they get, happens.

This is a little pricey.. but my boyfriend suffers from autoimmune condition and has been very dehydrated and this really helped..

I drink one before any cardio workout and find myself feeling better through the workout and more importantly, for the rest of the day. When we run out and do the same workouts without one, I feel more exhausted after and that even drinking as much water as I can (enough to feel bloated), I still don't feel as fresh and hydrated. My wife used and swore by them before I started and I tried them occasionally and didn't notice any difference. I think it took a couple weeks (8-10 workouts) until I could have a workout without one and feel the difference.

Pretty much just tap water based on tests that have been done and available online. I wish I read those before I spent the money.

Seems more mental than any true benefit. Used for ironman. I completed the ironman but felt like it was more “psychological” drinking this than any real physical benefit.

Yes, it’s pricey but it’s worth it for me! I’m pregnant and working full time as a nurse so it’s been a life saver for me to stay hydrated.

The vials are too BIG!!! It is not convenient to carry like the smaller vials.It is hard to put in a small fanny pack, small purse, etc. I was traveling in Israel on a very, very HOT day -- almost passed out - - took one of the (small) vials and within 15 min. felt much better. This BIG vial takes up too much room, I could carry 3/4 of the smaller ones compared to carrying one of the BIGGER ones!!!! Please go back to the smaller vials!!!

I love this stuff! A friend gave me one of these after, a night of too much wine tasting. I instantly felt better, and had to go home and order my own supply.
