Blue Sky 2015-2016 Academic Year Weekly and Monthly Planner, Lianne Collection, Wire-O Bound, Frosted Cover, 5 x 8 Inches (16824-W)

I am a teacher and of all the planners I have used throughout my teaching career, I love the ones by Blue Sky the best. Here are some reasons why:-The calendar goes through the entire school year (July 2015-June 2016, though I start only in August)-It has a strong and durable plastic cover on the front and back that keeps the planner safe from spills and stains (if anything gets on it, I usually just wipe it off with ease)-there are tabbed monthly calendars which saves me having to do the tabbing-weekly calendars-yearly reference calendars (2015 & 2016)-contacts pages (I do not really use this feature as everything is saved on my cell phone these days)-notes pages-the last page has a plastic page with a list of American holidays for 2015,2016,2017, and 2018, and States, Capitals, and Time Zones mapThe feature I love the best is the weekly calendar that provides enough space for me to do my weekly lesson planning and also include dates of meetings etc.(Mon-Fri get larger space, and Sat and Sun share the same space which is divided into two sections).I love this planner so much that I went ahead and purchased the planner for the next school year, and I love the vibrant motif of flowers and butterflies that look more artistic and in good taste than a typical girly girl design.

I have used this brand for at least 5-6 years now. They are extremely practical and user friendly. Each month has a little tab for quick access; but my favorite part is definitely how much space the planner has for me to write everything! I still use them even now after college to organize my weekly meetings, appointments, work schedule, to do list, etc. I used to buy the smaller size because I could carry it in my smaller purses. But I use the larger sizes now because even if it doesn't fit everywhere, I have much more room to write.

I love Blue Sky planners- I buy one every year for school. The format is straightforward, maximizes space, and the tabs are durable.This year, when I browsed Amazon for a 2015-2016 planner, I was so thrilled to find this design! I absolutely love that the cover theme is carried throughout the planner as a background on the monthly pages and as a border on the weekly pages. The design is noticeable, yet not so prominent that it interferes with the color coding of important days that I do with my highlighters.Pretty, feminine, unique- I expect to get a few compliments.Durable covers, with a few "extras" inside: places to jot down email addresses, a map, a few note pages, a designated page for recording future important dates in forthcoming years.Spot on. Will purchase again, especially if they keep coming out with such cute designs!

I order from this brand before but I purchased it at target. I found this one to be cheaper and more stylish so I purchased it. It starts in July which is what I needed but I was limited on color options because of that. Either way I still can't wait to use it in July. Good quality and not cheap.

This is a VERY pretty calendar. The only problem (for me) is that the colors on the actual calendar page are a bit too vibrant and distracting from what I would like to write on each day. I will have to get a very dark black pen/marker, and I usually prefer to use pencil so I can erase.

From the description of the planner "Bonus feature, double cardstock pocket page"There is NO double cardstock pocket page. Don't know if my planner is defective or is it a misleading description on the site.Planner itself: 5 stars.... Just what I wanted: Small, durable, full monthly calendar and then the month broken down into weeks. NEEDED that double cardstock pocket page. So 1 Star.

I just received this planner, and it's beautiful. I love the layout and quality of it. I just have one complaint. The description says it comes with a double pocket folder. It doesn't. And that's something I really wanted. I still love it, but the description needs to be changed. I sure wish it had that pocket folder. Then it would be perfect!

Blue Sky makes excellent, cute, affordable paper products. I got a planner from them last year at Walmart. It suited my needs perfectly and brightened my day with its design, so I went looking for another. I couldn't find it at Walmart or on Walmart's website, so I came to trusty ol' Amazon. I will be buying another for the 2016-2017 school year when it's time. No, I'm not a student, but I'm the mother to three busy kiddos and a very busy husband, and it's just easier to keep track of things in a solid form like this. I've tried all the apps, people, but for scheduling - give me a hard copy book any day!
