I tried it today and I’m very happy with the quality of this product! I used it to make chocolate ice cream and the texture of the ice cream came out perfect- flavor was better than expected! The size of the bag is good for the price and quality.

I LOVE THIS STUFF!!! Not a heavy cocoa taste. I like my tea black with no sugar or cream. I mix this in my morning tea pot and wow! With my lymes and other weird stuff this might be the ticket. It’s high in antioxidants anti inflammatory and polyphenols. What isn’t there to love. I’m a scientist by trade and did my peer research. I’m definitely purchasing again. This is a clean product and rings all the bells and whistles. It dissolves easily in the hot tea because it’s fermented. Don’t freak out on the work fermentation. It’s not sour. This stuff rocks. Get it!!

I used it to make chocolate milk in my milk machine and it was delicious. I will be ordering again. If you like to make cakes, drinks etc, you will love the taste.

I love the taste of this cocao so much. It really improves my morning cup. I just wish it would mix completely. This is after a ton of stirring and I swirl it before I drink. I'm always left with wasted product in the bottom. That or a big surprise in my mouth at the end. Other than that, I love this so much. I'm not sure of the benefits though. Haven't noticed anything there. Just tastes like good cocoa powder.

I waited for my mailman this morning for this so that I could put it in my breakfast coffee. It made my coffee taste almost like hot chocolate. Really good. I got some of the powder on my finger so I just kicked it off and the raw powder is actually really good. I also feel good that it is fermented and so healthy for me!!

Update: I called the number on the package and received a new package which had a different Lot# and Date. Conclusion; it should NOT smell sour! The taste is rich. I add it to my coffee along with Ceylon cinnamon and heavy creamer from local dairy.“I received this product a few days ago. Quick delivery. It smelled sour. Is this one of the things fermentation causes. I use this in my coffee along with Ceylon cinnamon. This brand is not my cup of tea. I will either try another Cacoa brand or go back to using Anthony’s Cocao powder.”

Cacao muy delicioso, lo preparo con leche de coco, caliento la leche y luego lo coloco en la licuadora y le agrego un poco de cacao lo dejo licuar un rato y lo sirvo espumoso y calientito, sobre todo es nutritivo, no tiene azúcar ni grasas añadidas. Lo recomiendo.
