I got the combo set (swing and frame) and they came on different days in two packages. The frame was difficult to put together and the wrench that’s included actually broke while building it. But the completed swing is great! My kids love it, even my 15 year old son (obviously bigger kids shouldn’t swing crazy on it because they’re heavier but it holds him just fine). It’s like a big hammock both my 8 year old & 11 year old can swing in together. It’s great!

I like the sturdiness of the swing. It came in two separate packages and when I had an issue, they took care of it right away and they were very friendly.

My daughter loves this! The swing itself is huge... we can fit 3 toddlers on it! Better than expected for young kids.

Got this since we are home all the time now. It’s okay for the price. My husband said it was a pain to put together, usually assembly is not an issue for him. Also tips easily if kids swing too hard. Next time I may spend a little more for more quality.

Directions were a labeled diagram, easy to follow. Problems: some bolts were too short, and there weren’t enough washers for what was pictured in the assembly diagram. Also, the swing was missing from the box, so all I got was the frame. Some poles were tough to fit together.

None of the bolts fit. Some bolts were missing. Unsure how safe this set is. If I had to buy it again I wouldn’t. Save your money.

Not sure how to rate this item, I received it in the mail and was missing the whole Aframe to hold the swing. I was also missing the hardware to put the swing together. I think it will be great when the rest of the pieces arrive. I have read other reviews stating the same thing.

This is great for kids. My grandchildren love it
