After reading the reviews I was apprehensive but for the price I decided to try it. I'm so glad I did! Like other reviews said, there was a missing screw when I took it out of the box that I found in the bag. It was really easy to screw in and it was fine.The bottom plate slides out which is really nice. The calibration was perfect on the machine right out of the box. Overall, I'm thrilled! This is a basic heat press but a major upgrade from my Cricut Easy Press which was more $. I'm so glad that I have it a chance. I really wanted a clam shell heat press and this is perfect.

I like that the press is compact. It is easy to use, and a great value. I purchased teflon pillow to use with it, and everything has worked great.

Nice heat press for the price. Heats well and easy to use. Does have a funky smell when heating up but doesn't affect the use.

This product is a steal. The pull out drawer is so convenient. Got this for a great price compared to other pull out drawer heat presses. Whenever this product is available again please buy. The reviews about a missing screw I know nothing about. This machine came in tact!

The bolt was rusted right out of the box! Manufacturer feel free to contact me via amazon and I would be HAPPY to provide photos.UPDATE: Extremely un-level. I was wondering why I was having so many problems. This would be the reason.

I didn’t like that I didn’t receive a Teflon sheet. I didn’t receive a manual that showed how to use the machine or tell me anything about the two pads that came with it. One I know is a silicon pad, but the other looks like it would melt. There were several screws in the bottom of the box I don’t know if they were just extras or if they fell out somewhere.
