I suffer from thick Fungal Nails and this is the BEST file I have ever bought. It files the thickness right down and I look like I have normal nails now (even though I still have the infection). I would definitely recommend this product to whoever has thick unsightly nails....it works wonders!Very happy customer :-)

I bought this for my father who has thick toenails and has struggled to manage them, the device works perfectly and he is very happy with the results.

This is excellent. My mobility is currently compromised and with my usual podiatrist not able to work at the moment I was getting a little desperate, but this has been a God send. There are a couple of different 'head's you can easily interchange and there is a usb cable for re-charging. It holds a charge for several uses. It files down nails and also removed dead /dry skin from feet well. I have a troublesome callous and it pars this down to a more comfortable level as well.

ONLY USING ON SOLEThis product is very good. Love how quite silent it is (you can watch TV, listen to musically or have a conversation while using it)Obviously it's best to use it regularly to avoid long session - I'd say 5 min once a month or every 2 months depending on your circumstances or habits. I always use on dry feet. The material of the heads makes it very safe even if you focus on a specific spot for many many seconds: never had any warming/burning sensation, even on the soft spot.Note that during long showers I like to scrub my soles with an exfoliating glove, so I only use this product when I see some build up and feel like pampering my feet or before a sunny holiday or during warmer season. Need to keep those soles feeling and looking soft in those sandals, right? :)The photo is the result of a 20 min session on the left foot more than 6 months after the previous usage (had been a bit forgetful....).I also highly recommend using rechargeable batteries, since you don't want it to loose power, and you might end up going through quite a few of those during the year. I really wish it would have been a plug in product.Doing my own mani/pedi, I don't use this for any of my nails: the heads are way too big for a meticulous job, and recommend manicure drill set for those jobs. Many very good ones under £30 on Amazon.I really wanted to leave a bit of time before writing a review for it to be relevant. Hope it helps!

I have a very thick toenail or should I say I had a very thick toenail. After using once my nail looks almost normal and I’m sure that if I keep using the product I will see good results. I bought this just to see if it would make a difference to my nail so I am very pleased with it and will use it on all my “normal” nails too.It costs £25 to visit the podiatrist so I think this product has already paid for itselfI can only assume the bad reviews are from people who don’t know how to use the file

Great product for dealing the problem of thick - rather than long - nails on an elderly person. 5 minutes of gentle circular motions with the 'sander' and the nails are reduced in width.

They looked fantastic online, with great reviews.I ordered 3 because of the great reviews, and it says on the box for nails and skin.It is only ok on the heels, useless for anything else, definitely way too big to use on finger or toe nails.Already given the other 2 to their recipients, before mine was used, so an expensive lesson learnt.I wouldn't recommend these for nails at all, and definitely not for someone with fragile skin.

This arrived on time and well packaged and a well made product. However unlike the men's version which I purchased at the same time, my preference is the mens. I found this clumsy to use. However it is early days and I may have been rushing to use it.
