I have a pull up bar but still not able to do many pull ups which got frustrating so I invested in these pull up assist band's! Now I can do many more pull ups.The band's appear to be quite strong and well made. They can be used individually or in combination, whatever helps you best. I haven't used them for anything other than pull up assist so not sure how they feel for other resistance work.Well worth the purchase.

Did not come as advertised , did not receive the bag that was advertised and i received a plain coloured band that felt quite cheap and did not match the quality one in the picture. it's done it;s job but needles to say the disappointment in not receiving what as promised is always thee.

Express delivery was delivered the next day, really timely. The object and the website photos are exactly the same, and the quality is very good.I look forward to the days when I use it to shape my body.
