A beautiful multi-generational china set
My wife was dreaming of this set of china for a very long time. The fact that there are so many complementary sets to go with it means that over time it can be turned into a very complete set of special occasion china that can be handed down through multiple generations. It's also nice that individual pieces can be purchased to replace the occasional broken piece.My only criticism is with how the china is packed. The packing is not very good and of the two sets we purchased, one of them had a broken teacup. Amazon was very good about sending out a new set right away, however, it came with a broken saucer so I had to mix and match between the two broken sets to get one complete set and then ship back the broken set. The only trouble for me was just having to swap pieces and take the broken set to the UPS store to ship back to Amazon. However, it would probably save Amazon quite a bit in replacement expense not to mention improve the customer experience, if the packaging was better designed to protect the china through any rough handling. This would include individually wrapping teacups and plate stacks in paper/bubble wrap and slipping a piece of cardboard between each plate.

Delicate, saucer was broken
The media could not be loaded. The set is beautiful but very delicate. One of the saucers was broken when it arrived. I wish it came with a teapot. Otherwise. It is lovely. So far I have this set minus 1 saucer and the spoons my husband bought for mother's day.

I ❤️ my Royal Albert china,I saw this in a pt's home,and I fell so in love,i,am gonna buy everything that comes with this set,it is drop dead beautiful and I will cherish it.

Broken tea saucer
Unfortunately, one tea saucer came broken. Will it be replaced or will I be refunded?
