Well-made looks great. Relatively easy to use. Install can be challenging for some folks.Word of advice is take your time, read the instructions, Make sure you understand how it functions. I used some CLP lubricant.Do not overly tighten screws.

For the price and functionality (combo lock from both sides) this is the best deal I have found. To set the combination, you need to remove the back plate, by removing two philips screws. The instructions indicate that you should remove all pieces and insert for the combo. You really only need to change those that are different. The springs are a bit of a pain to get back together. I turn the knob a little, which locks in the inserts in place. This allows you to put the lock into the back plate with springs. It still took a try or two to get all springs level. The only other weird thing is that the handle is as small as it looks and turns. It was small enough that I thought maybe you pulled it.Edit: Warning to someone buying this to put into a door that already has a standard knob. THIS WILL NOT COVER THE HOLE. It also does not ship with a big enough rubber backer to cover the hole. This would be a fairly cheap addition. I needed to design and 3D print a cover for this.

I ordered this model as a replacement for a similar lock that is no longer in production. Not a bad product and the newer model came with more parts to customize a better fit. The instructions were pretty good until I read the part to contact them for any spare or replacement parts. I searched the instructions for any contact information; phone numbers, email address, web support, or even a corporate address - NONE. I searched the packaging including the cover.My local locksmith couldn't help with any parts and recommended I contact the manufacturer. ABSOULUTELY NO INFORMATION, including an internet search for the brand.I can't recommend this product because there is no way to obtain any parts. I should have sprung for a more expensive product with customer support.

This product has no easy way to reach the seller. I read the instructions three times with my glasses on. I had to return because I gave up. It is very sturdy and well built. Again, no customer service, so it is going back. For $89.00, I expect the ability to easily communicate with the seller.

Took two people to install

The fastening bolts do not screw into the panel threads, making the entire fixture unusable. Its not even a close fit, the screw doesnt touch the threads, just slides right end.Huge qc issue there. I don't recommend others take a chance with this product.

Works well. A little bulky but does the job.
