I have used hard plastic beads for fishing in the past.....the challenge with hard plastic beads is the potential for a plastic sharp point due to the molding process in making them which results in lines being nicked and snapped.These are the BEST FISHING BEADS I HAVE EVER USED. They feel like light but hard rubber. There are no sharp points like I often find with hard plastic beads. It has a great selection of<> color (yellow / orange / green)<> shapes (round / oval)<> sizes (xsmall / small / med / large)I use sliding water bubbles (bobbers) and sliding swivels above my swivel to a 3-4 leader to bait / jig / lure. So I use these beads to protect the sliding items from each other, the eye of my pole, and knots. So this the order I put items on my line......Big Bead then water bubble, then med bead, then sliding swivel, then med bead. This way the top of this setup is protecting the eye of my pole and bottom is protecting my knot to my swivel that my leader is attached to.I will also put any combination of xsmall to large of different colors just above my hook with bait.They also come in a nice snap to close case separated by size/shape/color.I have experienced no cons to this set at all.

I was pleased to find that these beads are:1. Well molded, very little excess material from the molding process2. Flexible, rubbery consistency; can be used as both fish attracting and shock (casting stress) beads3. They sink! Which I prefer (I can always add cork, quill, or foam, to make a floating rig); these will not affect the buoyancy of a float/bobber sliding/slip rig, if you want to use them for this purpose (saves having to carry multiple beads for different purposes)4. They all glow in the dark! That was a surprise; I expected the greenish beads to glow, but the yellow & orange beads also glow a little, when zapped with a quality light source.5. Lots (10) different size (diameter and shape) and color combinations, from 11mm long (oval) to 4.5mm (round).I’m looking forward to using these in the upcoming fishing season; I’m sure they will work well

The media could not be loaded.  I make fishing lures I thought they'd be plastic not rubber but I will give them a go. They look good some are much to big for me

The beads are fine but the case is terrible. Ended up having to clean up a mess of beads. It would have been better if the skipped the case and just used a plastic bag or better yet used a quality case.

Received in a few days and packaged well. Box functions well and keeps the beads in their own little compartment. Beads have a rubbery texture with good luminous color. Using 80 lb monofilament leader line by kastking. Just right might even take 100lb. Hopefully the color won't fade. Can't wait to soak these bad boys.

As a professional fisherman this is a great tool to have when making your own Rigs and trying to save your Rod tips from breaking. I use the large beads in between my swivel and the tip on the main line to stop the swivel from going through the guides and breaking

I've got to same something. I thought this was going to be one of those packages of beads that are all jagged, cheap (but great for fishing) and was I shocked to receive what I did. With the exception of a small amount, all the beads were in their respective slot in the 2 sided case, great color, good feel, shape, size selection. If you're a fisherman.... Don't pass these up
