Bought 3, looks great but 1 of then has gone broken after 4 months.

Really nice light and good value for money but shame there is bubbles in the glass, had already paid an electrician to install so wanted to just exchange glass but they wouldn’t

It looks as advertised and worked as soon as it was wired in. As we don't live in a manor with 20' high walls, I had to shorten the flex. Now, the flex is quite dense and heavy, so any kinks in it are difficult to stretch out. The light assembly is not particularly heavy, so it doesn't have the weight to pull the flex straight, leaving a slight curve. This means the light sits at an angle, rather than parallel to the ceiling.That said, I'd recommend this, especially if you use a Philips filament bulb, which sets it off nicely.
