So easy to use and restores my wooden bowls and cutting boards . A little goes a long way . I use whenever my wooden items need a little touch up. I rub on a small amount let it soak in a few hours and buff . Keeps my wooden bowls nice . Food safe .

I have soapstone countertops and was using mineral oil. It just didn't give that dark rich color long enough for the work (oil on, wipe off and buff). Plus we were going through it so quickly. Tried this and get the same color as the oil with needing reapplying nearly as often. It's a little more work to get it on, but I use a loth just for he wax blend and just buff it in every couple of weeks, where I wipe it most often, or if I have company coming.As a perk, I noticed my nails are growing beautifully since I started using thus. My cracked hands are soft and never greasy. I used to have chipped and broken nails all the time, and now I have to file them down because they grow so well.

Love this. My husband does woodworking for products that are food related and this is a great product to care for your kitchen wood products. Best is there is no rancid smell like some of the products get.

I liked that the wood of the bowl was given new life; however, it didn't glow as it does when treated with oil.Also, the Bee's Oil was very thick and more difficult than oil to apply. However, the surface retained its appearance longer than when treated with oil. (Even though "oil" was in the name, it was much thicker than an oil-based product.)

Easy to use and works great. Sanded my cutting board and applied it and it's like new. Plus it blocks staining by pomegranate seeds or red beets. Highly recommend!

Using this product is the greatest treat. Your wood products smell great, delightfully lemony. Your hands do too. The smell dissipates after a while and won't taint food prepped on a cutting board, for instance. But the memory lives on and you'll always look forward to re-treating the wood. The wood will look amazing in the meantime and last much longer.

There is nothing wrong with the product, but Sur la Table carries a thinner and better product (better for soaking into the woods).
