Perfect paper
Papers are so cute and easy to work with. They're thin enough so making intricate figures is nice and neat but not so thin that they fall apart. Highly recomend for small work.

Nice folding feel
I was excited to see that they still make these origami papers. I grew up on these and was pleasantly surprised the quality is still the same. It might be thin, but it's the perfect feeling when folding/

Small but nice
These came a lot smaller than I thought but the paper has cute designs and is thin enough to work effectively for it's size. If you have trouble with your hands and small things I would recommend finding a bigger size but I love them

Little bit off square.
I love this pattern and I love the fact it's not too small like the Korean jongienara.By the way it is not perfectly square. But not bad as cheap Chinese, but other Korean or Japan brands are better.

Super Easy to Fold :D
Two weeks ago, I bought this paper to fold a thousand paper cranes, like most of everyone else.I pulled out the first sheet, and my first thought was, "Oh, holy s***...this is tiny!" I grabbed a ruler and measured it. It's exactly 2.75 inches by 2.75 inches, a perfect square. So, I tackled my first crane...and it was adorable! :D It was the baby of the larger ones I had done with 5.75in by 5.75in paper.Well...thirty seconds ago, I finished with my 1000th paper crane. Whew! Now to string them! This paper is incredibly easy to fold, and I preferred it to all of my better quality papers because of its size. It was much easier to crease the folds, and I enjoyed having fifteen colors to fold from. It made the task a bit more interesting. I guess the pattern may be boring after a while, but not for me. Having 66 to 67 of each color crane was nice as well, so I didn't have too many of one color, or too many colors. I loved it so much that I bought another box perhaps a week ago. Once I finish that box (I'm doing 500 origami butterflies now! They also look really nice with this paper!), I'll be back for another. But 1005 pieces of paper does indeed last a while. :) I'm really glad I finished my cranes (I may post a picture once I figure out how!) and they look wonderful!I also agree with the reviewer that said to get a storage container for the paper. The box is adorable, but very flimsy (think "thin cardstock" with one piece of cardboard at the bottom. The plastic keeping the paper together easily slides off, so it won't be really good for storage. I just split the colors into separate plastic bags and folded about a bag and a half a day. Worked perfectly.Anyway, get a ruler and figure out how big this paper is, and see if it'll suit your needs. A regular pad of post-its is 3inx3in and this is a bit smaller...so if you think that may be too small, you'll probably not be pleased with this paper. But people with small hands and nimble fingers...you won't be disappointed. :)

Baby birds will make an adorable gift!
I am loving this kit so far! I wanted to fold a thousand cranes for an ill friend, but felt weird creating some huge wall display for them when she may not like that in her home. These cranes are smaller than those in other kits, making it easy to give her a compact gift that she can easily display or store. The colors are a perfectly matched pastel gradient rainbow and the pattern feels sophisticated. The paper is nice and thin, so it's easy to fold, but doesn't tear it get that white creasing along the edges. The pattern is only on one side, which isn't an issue for cranes.I would definitely buy this again, a great value.

Great for cranes and beginners, great general value!
This paper is great if you are folding simple origami since it is a good value for lots of different colors, and the paper is still good origami quality. However, if you are trying to do something more complicated or 'pretty,' something that will need to hold the shape you put it in very well, I would go for a higher quality paper. It is a bit thick once you get a few folds to one area, but it is also forgiving paper, so if you make a mistake it's easy to refold.Pros:-Good value-Great for simple origami-Forgiving paper for beginners-Variety-Creases well-Pattern hides mistakesCons:-Too thick for heavy folding/complicated origami-Paper does not hold non-creases well (like curving or rolling the paper)-Pattern can sometimes make folding accurately difficult/confusingBottom line: If you're making 1000 cranes (or other basic origami) this is great, also great for beginners. If you're going to make flowers (or other curving origami) or complicated origami, you might want to go with something thinner and better at holding non-creases.
