Beautiful, comfortable loungers. They took a long time to put together, but the directions were clear. I strongly suggest using a screw driver and pliers as my fingers were getting raw trying to use the tools that came with it. The price for two chairs was very reasonable compared to others.

I love the look and feel of these chairs. Comes with a head pillow attached to the cover. It’s adjustable and the teal blue color is beautiful.Only issue- assembly, it took some time but I had someone do it for me. Very happy with this purchase

My wife purchased 6 of these chairs. They are not "fine furniture" nor examples of "German engineering". They are good basic lounge chairs for a good price. They represent good value.The assembly is a bit tedious, having lots of bolts to tighten with the included hex key. After doing the first chair, I said "screw this" and purchased a set of hex key adapters for my socket set. I used the 4mm hex key socket with my 1/4" screwdriver handle to start the bolts, then the 1/4" drive ratchet handle to tighten. It was well worth it. I also used a 10mm box wrench instead of the included wrench. It made the assembly much quicker. Furniture assembly these days tends to use lots of hex keys, so the hex key socket set is probably a good investment anyway. Like I said, this isn't "German engineering". By keeping most of the bolts a bit loose until the end it is easier to get the alignment right. I used to included hex key a few times to align the holes as well.

We had an issue where a piece where the bolt goes in broke off after about 10 times of sitting on it, (the other is still good) the customer service has been awesome. Answered the Amazon message on a Sunday and got it resolved and they are shipping replacement parts. Really enjoyed the service.

The chairs took about 1 hour per chair to assemble. Of course, the first one took the longest. Once they are assembled we were so happy we bought them. The chairs are high quality, sturdy and very beautiful. Everyone that comes to my house wants to know where I bought them because they are a show piece! And - they are comfortable! I intend to buy more of these chairs!

The chair came securely packaged and we were very happy with it.
