Received this a couple weeks ago, it works exactly as described.It's amazing how quickly it sets up and can be taken down. It folds into itself, there are no tubes to assemble and no tent to fight with when trying to slide the frame into.It's so simple, all you do is set it on a table top or on the floor, undo the velcro flap, fold out the individual walls, fold them into place and attach them using the self contained velcro, set the preferred backdrop in place, plug in the lighting power pack and throw the switch, you're in business!All within literally a minute!The lighting is very bright and best part is, it's LED.Please take a second to hit the helpful button it makes taking the time to write the review worthwhile x.Thanks

This is very easy to assemble with Velcro strips along all sides, and once up is surprisingly stable.Dimpled and metallised internal surfaces help bounce the light around for shadow-free images.The LED dimmer was a useful and unexpected bonus - it's not mentioned in the item description, and smoothly dims the lights from "quite bright" to "aargh - my eyes, my eyes!".I wondered about the possibility of LED points of light being reflected in objects and thought this would be easily resolved with (say) tracing paper taped over the LEDs - but it turns out that a thin diffusion sheet is also provided and can be swung up to cover the LEDs, held in place by a couple of Velcro tabs.The lighting with this in place is consequently very even indeed and free from hotspots.The included background sheets are made of thin but sturdy plastic which drop into a nice crease-free curved backdrop. They provide a slightly glossy eggshell finish, which should be very easy to wipe clean as required.After about 30 minutes of running at full brightness I found the LEDs to be quite warm to the touch, but certainly not warm enough to cause any concerns.Although the box collapses into an easily portable flat briefcase arrangement I'm going to keep the box it was delivered in because there's no other way of easily transporting the backdrops and power supply while keeping everything together.A small niggle, all things considered.Overall, I'm very pleased with this light tent and would highly recommend it.

This is a great light tent. It was easy to assemble and didn't take more than 5 minutes for assembly, which will get quicker next time. The tent is pretty ridged and has a fair bit of space, although large products may need something a bit bigger. You can see from the photo of the bottle that it nearly reaches the top.It includes 2 very bright and dimmable light strips and I intend to do some slow motion 180fps macro video. I believe these should have enough light for this extreme light work.There are hole on top and front if you wish to make a self contained box for photography and every side is reflective which helps with even lighting. Under the light you can use the diffuser to also help disperse the light. I do feel this could be s bit tighter as you can see from the bottle shots that it flops onto it. I'm going to add a few bits of velcro so I can adject it to where I want.The whole unit is very portable and it seems well worth the money.*All the photos I took were with my mobile phone, not my DSLROverall I am very pleased with this a look forward to undertaking my video with it.+ Easy to assemble+ Very portable+ Good lighting

We've had a smaller, cheaper one previously and I was looking for a foldable studio with larger capacity for photographing cakes and bakes etc. This definitely ticks all the boxes! Folds down to a manageable size which is easily stored and very handy.Very reflective, so gives great lighting. The backgrounds work well - they are a stiff plastic rather than crease-able material. You can see with no filter, and a smart phone, how great the products look - very professional.Only trouble was it wasn't obvious how to to attach the back grounds, but easily solved with a bit of tape. Quite pricey, but worth spending more than the £20-40 range ones, as this is much higher quality. Would 100% recommend!

Wow, just wow. This is the best photo cube I have seen yet, it beats the professional ones I used at a studio. And I would say that this is much better than ones I have previously bought on Amazon. Seriously. Them ones were smaller and had awkward spot lights that got insanely hot and really struggled with 100 iso, instead needing a long exposure than I would have liked.This one however is a different ball game! Build quality is superb it has multiple flaps that can be opened and closed to block out ambient light and gives you full control. You simply open the one you need to use and close off the others. All the main fastenings are strong velcro so you can be sure this wont collapse on you mid shoot.There are a variety of backgrounds and they are very high quality with no creases.The lights are led strips connected by two wires that join up at the switch that also lets you control the brightness. You'll really need to dim these! They connect to a power brick which is supplied with a UK plug and what looks to a European or shaver option.I've uploaded pictures to show how it arrives and to give you an idea of how it looks when you set up but I didn't really have a big enough table.It is now In use by myself and a colleague at a photo studio that I work at, and the boss is impressed enough that he plans on buying a couple himself.Unfortunately I'm not allowed to upload any photos that are taken at the studio due to strict privacy rules, which is a shame because it looks really epic with the full setup!!!If you have bought cubes before, and you're struggling, take a look at this one because I don't think you'll be disappointed!
