I love this water. I think it helps to lose weight n a client of mine said I was on to sumthing wen she said she lost 5lbs in a month wen she switched to saka water. I tell everyone bout how great it is.

Saka water is real good and has a great taste. However, the plastic bottles it comes in are so flimsy that they do not stay up when placed on a flat surface. This is awful. One has to hold the bottles at all times. I won't order this item again.

Alkaline water helps me with my acid reflux. This is milder due to lower pH (8.22 according to the bottle) than the other one I drink (9.5+ pH listed on bottle) and I could choose to drink it like regular tap water. The bottle is very soft to make it easier to recycle so I had to develop some technique so as to not spill it. I'm a little embarrassed to drink water shipped a long distance, but when I think about it a lot of my food is also.
