the photo stick is very easy to use. the app can be a little confusing .

I received my photo stick on Wednesday of this week. After watching the video that my wife had showed me I've been looking for one of these. But when trying to insert it into my phone with the c-type it would not go in. So then I tried it on another phone and it still did not work. Then I tried the other adapter the micro USB I couldn't fit that one in the other phone either. After reading other people's reviews of this product I wished I would have seen those before I bought I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Easy to use!

Works as described and works well, easy to use.

Android version requires klunky download that took several tries to get somewhat functional help is close to useless. Need to take protection like otter off to use.

I was excited to finally download all my Android phone pics. I read the instructions. I watched a tutorial on how to use the device. I downloaded the App. It took almost 4 HOURS to finally reach 100% of download and then when I went to download to my computer - NOTHING was there. A complete waste of time and money. Honestly it is just a USB with a faulty program attached to it. I would rate it a "0" if I could. The only positive - they promptly refunded my money through Amazon. Thank you for that.

Easy way to secure photo without any problem

Phone saw the stick but the app downloaded appeared to go through the procedure but 0 files copied or transferred. Tried this on 3 different brand of phones all android. Never worked. Tried different cables and adapters all would work with normal flash drives but not thus photostick.
