Dog Wheelchair for Large Dog (Size 5) by Huggie Cart. Approximate Weight 60-99 Lbs

I am disappointed in the wheelchair. It came with no instructions except to get on line. I couldn't find anything on the website and couldn't find an email or phone number to communicate with the company. The videos were not that useful to me. It took me 2 weeks to get it put together and that is with the help of other people that are pretty handy with putting things together. I still don't know if it is correct. I have tried several time to use this device with my elderly (large) dog. It takes two people to get him in the wheelchair and two to get him out. When he tries to walk with this thing he looses his balance and either falls back or forward. He has very little use of his back legs and I was so hoping to get him back to where we could at least go on short walks.

Some of the parts that were already put together out of the box, as shown in the video, were not put together in my box. No instructions on how the pieces fit onto the item was on the video. The small cover that held the tubes for the opening of the legs was missing. The instructions in the video were semi adequate at best. There were no instructions in the video regarding the placement of the straps to hold the back paws and how the paws were held up. I was very disappointed.

no instructions ,have to go online to put it together,should have paper in box.....Dog dosnt like, too hard for her to use it, always going backwards..Velcro support came unsewed 1st time we used this item.....looks good..... hard to get dog trained to use it....

The wheelchair is too heavy for my dog to even pull it. The weight should be noted. The equipment is very sturdy and looks good.

I'm sure will work.. instruction are bad to follow.. Samme can not stand long enough to get it adjusted to get on.
