Energi - Vegan Adaptogen Boost for Mental Clarity, Energy and Stress Support - 60 Vegetarian Capsules

I've been taking this stuff off and on for about three years. It is AMAZING. I am a stay-at-home mom with three children ages three and under. I've been breastfeeding for about three and a half of the last four years and have been pregnant for quite a bit of that time as well. I've taken this through pregnancy with the assurance from my midwife that it was safe, although I have not taken it in the first trimester because I'm extra nervous during that time. I take this on days when I know I'm going to be running low on natural energy and especially if I have a long "town day" (with lots of errands) with all three little ones. And in a very natural-feeling kind of way, I find that I have enough energy. Not dragging through the day, not stumbling around in a haze, but actually enough energy to sing the next song or read the next story or resolve the next bout of hurt feelings or whatever the circumstances may be.I usually only take it about twice a week, and I usually only take one capsule instead of the recommended two. I have found that if I take it past noon, I will have a hard time going to sleep that night. The potency lasts a long time and it is very steady. I have found that I can take it two days in a row with somewhat decreased potency on the second day. I have tried taking it three days in a row and have found that it really doesn't seem to do anything for me on the third day. I don't know why that is, but I don't really care... it feels so great the first day that I am just fine with only taking it a few times a week. It's a kind of energy that doesn't feel unnatural at all. I think the potency is equivalent to getting an extra five hours of sleep. I just feel rested and naturally energetic. It's a beautiful thing!

I love the Energi product but unfortunately I received some Liver Detox. Not happy about this mixup. Get your orders straight!

Perfect amount of enerji..don't get the caffeine shakes...You can take some out and drink some in water,instead of whole capsule...Clean jolt of extra energy when needed..A must have..Trust me..Thanks Great product

I've been taking this for a couple years now. I don't get the shakes from them at all. I use them when I have a lot of stuff to do and before I go to the gym. It helps so much . I used to drink a pop every so often when I need a boost but the sugars are so high. This helps so much more and as I said without the shakes. I highly recommend it!
