Mine malfunctioned during my first use (after I briefly turned it off after my leg session) product would turn on but there would be no flashes. I contacted the company and they were helpful with suggesting what I could be doing wrong. When nothing worked I received a refund right away.Regardless, during my use of this product there was no pain and I would highly recommend this product.I can't say anything about long term effects but I had a pleasant first experience/use.

Product worked great, but then stopped turning on after a five uses. It said it has a one year warranty, but no contact information. How do I contact the seller (that isn’t Amazon, as I purchased it in December 2022).

This IPL laser is easy to move. You can see in the photo that it's as long as a standard pair of household scissors. The shape and design of the device makes it very easy to hold in your hand and use. It's very light-weight and not bulky. Just remember to charge it well. I didn't charge it enough the first time I used it. So, make sure you charge it well. You can just plug it in. There are no annoying batteries to replace over and over. The instruction manual gives a week by week chart, so you know what to expect while using the product and suggestions for types of hair removal. I’m very satisfied with the product. It arrived quickly and is a top-quality product compared to other IPLs that I’ve used.

I didn't really expect this little device to do such a good job, but it does.I'm a blonde with medium-tone skin. The reviews were half-and-half about this working for my skin tone, but based on laser removal coloring charts, I decided I had a chance of this working.After four treatments on my legs, the hair growth has slowed and lessened. I'm sorry not to provide pics, I was mid-house-move when I started this. But, I would normally need to shave every three days and now I don't have stubble for nearly a week. Plus, my skin feels really smooth. I've kind of gotten weird about sweeping my hand up my leg and brushing across my knees. It feels good. Comforting? Zen? I don't know. It just feels good. Sorry, I digress.I've used this on my armpits and face as well. The armpits are smooth, too. The facial hair is mixed so far. Apparently, I've got some stubborn hag hairs. I'm gonna keep zapping them, though.My only complaint is, this is somewhat time-consuming, because this unit gets hot fast. I have to do ten minutes or so of zapping (actually, it's not a zap. It's a flash. It's light, not a shock.) and then I have to stop, actually unplug the unit, and let it cool down for half an hour before continuing. Otherwise, there's some pain with each hot flash. So, the company could do some work to upgrade their cooling system. The way it is, it takes me two-three hours. Now, that's including the cooling time, so you're not at it for that time period.All-in-all, I recommend this product. It takes a bit of time, but to me it's worth it not to have to shave so often, and hopefully, less and less. Plus...there's that good, smooth feeling!

I have been using this per directions (that I had to email to get) and I still have to shave daily. I have fair skin and dark hairs - perfect per their instructions, but nothing. I have been using it on my legs, bikini line, and armpits. What a waste of $100 :-( Wish I could return it but it's only a 30-day window, and per their instructions, it takes longer than 30-days to see results (if any).Update: seller reached out and offered a refund and suggested that I start using it 2x per week rather than the once every other week as the directions state. We'll see if that makes a difference... Did like that they reached out :-)

I have been using this laser for 2 months now. I have used both features and I'm seeing results with both.I use the skin rejuvenation on my face and stretch marks. I am outside in the sun all the time and even with constant sun exposure the wrinkles on my forehead are improving. Do not expect instant results I use this a few times a week and I'm just not noticing an improvement.I use the laser hair removal feature on my legs. I have very thick hair and need to shave almost daily. I use the laser after I shave which the first few weeks was 3 or 4 times a week. I'm now only shaving once a week which means my hair is growing back slower. I'm so pleased with the results. My hair is growing slower and thinner. The best part is no razor burn!!I absolutely love this machine but you must follow the directions and be patient with your results . It's a slow process but definitely worth it.

This IPL does not have a brand name and the instructions are rather generic. I had to use it more frequently than the instructions said to start seeing a reduction in hair growth. After using it for 6 months, it started cycling through but not flashing. I could see the battery charge up then it would go down without flashing. There is supposed to be a one year warranty but there is no information on repair or replace.
