The brackets are nice a sturdy and they look good. The screws they provide are cheap and terrible, though. They strip very easily - be careful when installing. I installed 4 brackets and out of the 8 screws I ended up stripping 2 of them at only halfway installed.Still worth a 5-star, though.

These are great! They seem sturdy, no paint chips and beautiful bird.

The bracket was easy to install, sturdy and looks good. When I first received, I noted two items:1) I thought that a hanging basket might slide along the bracket from the wind. Through last summer it did not. Baskets attached to two brackets in windy locations worked out great.2) The seller's response to my observation "When attaching to both sides of a pole (or 6x6 in my application) on close observation one sees the convex side of the bird on one and the concave side on the other." was fantastic. Seller actually improved the brackets and now both sides are convex---seller sent white/brown/black to show me.

These are really cute, like other reviewers said, the bird is one sided but that didn't matter to me. They don't feel cheap at all, but unfortunately one of mine came bent at the bottom so it won't be able to be hung properly and it's not easy to try to straighten it. Also (like alot of things I've ordered in the past) the screws that come with it are a waste. It's very easy to strip the head. Unless you are screwing these into something extremely soft then you might as well plan on using sturdier screws.
