While they might do what they said, they seem very rigid and make certain repairs impossible. If you have purchased a bulky item, it's better to get it repaired in your neighborhood store rather than boxing and shipping it back for repairs. Am done with asurion and amazon for now when it comes to bulky musical equipments. I think my local guitar center might be a better option for now.

So far the plan is new . Bought it as an additional protection for my sons electric guitar. You know how these things work. You don't know it's worth until you actually have to use the warranty plan. My past experiences with warranty plans has not been good as there always seems to be an exception where they can weasel out of the deal. I can only hope this plan pans outs. So 2 stars for now.Will update as needed.

I bought this as an extended warranty for the kitchenaid mixer I recently purchased. The price is fair and after reading a few negative reviews on kitchen aid I wanted to make sure the mixer was covered for any possible repairs that might be needed down the line.

I purchased a flute from amazon and 4 years' protection insurance from ASURION. After 2 years, the flute does not perform. I called ASURION and they got the flute repaired and back to me within two weeks. Great job.

Worst item not start on the very first day..it’s still with me this item but not workingSeller never replied me.never buy with this seller.If he reply me I will delete this comments anyway.it’s been more than a year I brought but not working yet.i loose my 600 dollars.

Product rated at 150 Watts same as a previous monitor I had from another manufacturer. Could barely hear it onstage and it was mounted on a Microphone stand right in front of me. Could not turn it up all the way either as it would feed back. Extremely disappointing. I will be returning it.
