I didn't need to break these shoes in.
I didn't need to break these shoes in. I was able to play with them right out of the box for over two hours. the fit did get a little looser after that. I was able to wear my Thurlo socks after the first time playing in them. So far very comfortable to play in and they seem to be a very stable shoe.

Excellent racquetball shoe, good grip
This is an excellent shoe I've worn for the last 6 months. I've used Ektelon shoes for 5 years and since they went bankrupt I wanted a high quality shoe that was as good. This HEAD shoe is just as good, maybe better in terms of grip. The gum rubber sole is sticky just like you want it to be.I play 3 times a week 3 hours at a stretch. The shoe is comfortable although I don't think you would want to wear it 8 hours at a stretch at a tournament. It is a very comfortable shoe for court work. The fit is good although it will loosen slightly as you break it in. I wear and ordered size 9.5 US and it is slightly loose after 6 months. I suggest you order your exact size and if you want a tight fit order a half-size small.

Confortable
I don’t know how long these will last since I have not had them long but I normally use adidas BARRICADE for the last 15 years. I tried a new pair of them and they cut my ankles. The plastic is to close to the ankles IMO. these shoes are very comfortable. They have hard soles and I have to play with hard soles or it hurts my knees. So far I am pleased with these shoes.

Good shoe except for the hard insole
I bought these shoes for indoor pickleball. The soles have good grip, the shoes fit true to size, and the uppers are very comfortable. The insoles are not comfortable for more than a few minutes of play dur to the very thin and very hard insoles. The bottoms of my feet started hurting during the first game, and after several games I was limping. The obvious solution is to replace the insoles with good ones, but they are firmly glued in place and not intended to be removed. I tried putting sport insoles in on top of the factory ones, but then the shoes didn't fit. They are good looking shoes and suitable for driving or grocery shopping, but in my opinion, not pickleball. I replaced them with a different brand

Sturdy, attractive, fits a bit narrow for me
I love the look and construction. I'm a 14 medium to wide so these fit a bit narrow for me, but after wearing for a couple of days, the ease in the material has made them quite comfortable. New Balance offers widths and got a pair of those too, but these Heads are fine and now among my favorites.

High performance shoes
Solid performance shoes for both squash and racquetball. Great traction.

Best racquetball shoe I've worn.
Great support, can stop on a dime and make cuts. I don't like an overly light shoe and this one is the right weight.

Too heavy for a squash shoe and the sides are too high to the ankle
This is not a squash shoe ... it is heavy and the sides come up close to ankle. Head do other shoes that are more suitable
