Men's Water Shoe Surfwalker Pro Mesh

I think I'm going to like these water shoes a lot. Unlike most water shoes, the Surfwalker has a real sole. Much more like a sneaker than those disposable "slippers" that wear out after just a few uses. Knocked the rating down due to the sizing. I wear a 10 1/2 wide. Ordered a 10 and I think I could have ordered a 9.

I loved the style..looks like a snazzy sneaker! Could probably be used for them in an emergency, but, bought for the walk from the car to the beach to the Gulf. Perfect to walk in and no bother in the water either. A bit large in the fit, I take a 12 but not drastic since I have a wide foot that holds them real good. Sand does get in these...duh, it's a beach sock! However, you can rinse easily and the subsole insert comes right out super fast to rinse off and hose any sand that may be in the shoe out as well. Dries in the sun at home and I use it there to walk around on my lanai since it has great gripping on the surface of the deck.

The fit is good, they appear well-constructed & the colors are an improvement on my previous pair of Speedo water shoes. The white soles & light gray fabric don't heat up in the sun, important when using a sit-on-top kayak on warm, sunny Southern days. Pros: Removable insoles, relatively fast-drying, decent price. Cons: None, really. Good job.

Overall, I like them. I wear them around the house while I'm doing stuff in the yard and messing around with the pool and pool equipment. They're comfortable and I don't feel silly wearing them while running errands, etc. The one thing about them that I don't like is they take a lot longer to dry than I thought they would. To completely dry takes 8-12 hours (realistically, overnight). But that's not a big deal--I just thought they would dry in an hour or so like other similar shoes I've owned in the past.

These are designed as a water walker for pools or seashore, but living in a warm climate I've adapted them as an around-the-house slipper rather than wearing out socks or going barefoot. They protect my feet but are almost like wearing nothing. Very comfortable!

Wanting to get these for use while I exercise in the pool (with water weights, running, etc.) Very pleased with them for that purpose. I think they'd work well in other settings, too (e.g., rafting, kayaking), except not sure my fit is tight enough to avoid them coming off in an ocean wave.

It is quite snug on my wide feet. Just how I like it, not trying to fall off. ordered my size 10.5. I need in 11 in New balance because they no longer make a true 6E, but these water shoes fit. They make it better in my getting up pool stairs due to my old arthritic ankle.

fits good and comfortable - used at the beach and went into water with them on - they got clogged up filled w sand - these are better for fresh water - rafting or poolside - the shoes filling up with sand not good for me - just saying

I use them to walk into the Humber river with my dog on our daily walks every morning, its very refreshing and the shoes have great traction so I never slip while playing/chasing my dog. We have a great time and with the "new normal" of very hot summers of late they have been a great addition to my footwear.

i find the shoes very comfortable and they dry much faster than neoperene ones. I did buy 1 size smaller than my normal shoe size and the fit was still a little wide (length was good though). they also look surprisingly good for a water shoe.
