Product itself is made well and seems like good quality, however, the packaging seriously needs to be rethought. This product came all folded within itself and seems impossible to put back into its original shape, it seems sturdy like it can hold its shape but it was so compacted within itself that the wrinkles and folds are so difficult to straighten. I understand wanting to reduce space and cost when it comes to shipping, but come on! I have gotten a tiny bottle of lotion in a box that could hold all three of these baskets in their original shape from Amazon. I have been trying since yesterday to fix them and I shouldn’t have to. This is why I am giving 2 stars.

I got these to go with our Newbury Bathroom Shelves from Restoration Hardware. They fit perfectly and are a lovely addition to our small space! They were folded up when they arrived so looked a bit "floppy." We filled them with towels as suggested by the included instructions and they have a much better shape now. 10/10 would buy again!

I've been searching for months for a specific size basket for our shelves in our mudroom. These were as deep and high as I was looking for, with a simple modern look and rope which I preferred so it would not scratch the shelves. Price was very competitive with and often cheaper than other containers I was looking at from local retailers. We currently have our gloves, mittens, scarves, etc. in them plus other random things family members often need running out the door. If they are not full they don't stand up straight. This was to be expected and doesn't bother me but if you want a structured look this doesn't have it. The containers are quite sturdy, very light so easy to grab from higher shelves, and fit our needs perfectly.

These were exactly what I wanted. Wasn’t too happy to see them folded in box, but then this very nice card came with them and I have them stuffed with pillows now. They are beginning to hold the shape I would want. Mostly though, they are beautifully made. They are a little more money than some other ones, but look and feel like it. Especially if you will be looking and using them everyday like I will be, these are the ones to get. Remind me of the braided rugs my Mom had that held up so long. I will be looking at their other products too. The company seems to take a lot of pride in what they do. I liked that they mentioned send any feedback that you don’t like and we will try to implement changes but also make sure customer happy.

I have been trying to organize the sheets and towels in my hall closet and not sure what to do with the hand towels and pillowcases. I found this affordable set of three baskets all the same size and matching so they could bring some order to the chaos. Now when I open my closet door I feel satisfaction and can easily find what I’m looking for. I’m thinking about getting another set to organize the toys in my daughter’s room as they look so nice.

I bought the grey pack and the teal pack. They are absolutely perfect for my changing table and fit the white/grey/teal nursery theme perfectly. They sit three on each shelf of my change table without being too crowded but filling the space. Looks great. Sturdy and keeps things organized. The bins are well made and look cute. They come folded up inside each other but hold their shape fine once filled with baby clothes/blankets etc. I'm happy!

They are exactly what I was looking for. And I understand WHY they package them the way they do-but I’m not thrilled with it. If I need to order more-and I most likely will-I’ll be sure to give them ample time to regain their desired shape. The color is the perfect shade of gray for me.
