Works Great!
Once I figured out how to use, this stuff is great. You can use just about any raw vegetable with the mix and it works in half hour or so to make great Japanese pickled vegetables. Normally the process can take a day or more to make.

No OLD way to prepare
In the "old" days to prep the tskumono sauce was time consuming,. Do you, old ones, remembering to put it outside (so it doesn't stink up the kitchen) and putting a 5 pound rock on top for at least a day or two? All you need is to cut your favorite vegetable, put in a container and sprinkle this on top, refrigerate and after an hour you can enjoy. I leave it in longer so it has a stronger taste.
