I really think this is an amazing value for the money. I lack the MTHFR gene so I need to supplement the nonmethylated versions of vitamins for proper absorption. I could feel the difference within a week of starting to take them. First it was improved mood and focus, and I noticed that I started feeling like I needed my antidepressants and antianxiety meds less which is huge. The pills are easy to take, they are super small and don't have a taste or odor to them and I don't have any weird side effects from them. I have felt more energetic and just like my body is much more resistant to getting sick since starting these daily.

You take 1 of these tiny pills every day. There are 100 pills, so you have at least 3 months worth. For $11.25, that’s not bad. Also this is the better form of folate. I stopped taking folic acid (the synthetic form), and started taking these with my iron and B12, and I’m slowly starting to feel more like myself. If you need to fix your blood and would like a supplement with everything already in there, Hemaplex is a good one.

I would say this pill is the size of a baby aspirin, albeit a little thicker. It is very easy to swallow. This supplement is medically necessary for me to take because of other medications I must take. It is a reliable, economical way to get the supplemental coverage I need. I have had no issues with taking this whatsoever.

I need supplemental folic acid due to the meds I take for rheumatoid arthritis. Unfortunately I also have an inability to process folic acid into the bioavailable form L-methylfolate. These supplements are easy to take, have no taste, and are quality products. I’ve been taking them for over a year and just ordered a bottle for my sister. They are much better absorbed than folic acid. As a physician I’ve recommended them to many of my patients. Don’t hesitate to buy these!
