Great purchase!
This cycle helmet is different than the usual carbuncle type of helmet you see perching on peoples head's! It has a peak for starters so the sun does not get in your eye's and your not forced to wear sun glasses. It has sides that drop down that are held by the helmet straps to cover your ear's...(and hearing aids....if you wear them)... plus protecting them and your ear's from rain and sun. You can wear these flaps up as well if you wish! It has a flashing light on the rear strapping to warn others behind you that you exist. As the covering of the helmet is cloth you could sew on Velcro and have a neck flap to keep sun and rain off your neck! Looking at these points you can see this helmet is far superior to the normal one's. (I gave this item four stars as I don't like the Americanise..."I love it"...yuk!)
