The item is from China which I didn't realise at the time of ordering.Before I purchased I'd checked out customer reviews and feedback and was more than happy to buy.On arrival I found the item was nothing like the images on the ad. The colours were nothing like the picture, it wasn't free flowing like the image and sadly doesn't reflect a UK Large 14-16 in size as the item is very small measuring neck/arm/bust, the Large is more like an 8-10 UK.I was VERY DISAPOINTED as I am not sure whether the reviews left are from real people or are made up reviews - I cannot believe I am the only one having problems with size and the product.This item is made out of material which is like cardboard - it however appears very thick, but will not give if washed! The image represents a flowing, loose long jumper/dress/tunic which has no shape, or flow!If you want to request a refund I'd advise you to have 4 weeks to resolve the issue as the time difference between the UK and China causes great problems, and the English spoken by their customer service representative is horrendous, and they don't listen and action the opposite to what you want!!Wish I hadn't bothered - out of pocket and the items in the bin!Scammed

So, my first impressions weren't really good. In fact I didn't like it AT ALL. It looked really dodgy, like it has been sawn in a hurry in some basement.. Well, you can't expect a lot for £30. But it actually looks really good on and definitely better than I expected. So yeah, in the beginning I had mixed feelings about it... Probably because of all the great reviews it had. Lol.. Sobest would be if you don't expect a lot. But it's definitely worth the £30

This is one of the best purchases I made. It fits loosely (I bought the 22-24 size) on purpose as I want it to be very loose - perfect. The feel of the material is so soft and thick - perfect for the winter - though the sleeve is a tad too long but that is fine as I will take it in abit. The length is more than I expected and I am thoroughly happy with that. I highly recommend this for winter and without a coat - but that is also because I always wear a t-shirt under all my clothes anyway.

I am made up with this top ! Bought this for my mum for Christmas and I know she's going to love it ! I got a size L and would say she's between a 14 and 16 but doesn't like anything too tight , this is perfect ! Can't believe how good the quality is !!! I would highly recommend this top !

The colours of this came out a little darker than the pic but still good. The sizing is also correct. The only bad thing about this top is the material they have used. In the pic it looks like it may be able to wear as a jacket, but it isn't. It is made mainly from cotton (and polyester), so there is absolutely no stretch in it at all. So despite it being baggy, it can sometimes be a bit uncomfortable to wear. The inside of the fabric is quite an ugly shiny beige and also the sleeves are slightly too short for me. That been said I am still happy with it and would consider buying another similar. It would make a world of difference if they would just change the material its printed onto.

I ordered purple and the one I received is It is much darker than the picture and more like the one described as yellow. It is lined with some yellow synthetic stuff. The garment label describes it as 80% cotton. 20% polyester, which is at variance with the online description. Otherwise I would have given 5* However, it looks really good, is comfortable and it will be perfect for travelling in.

Not happy at all with this product and when I asked for the return, the offer me 20% onlyThe sleeves are too tight and chest size is really small for an XXL. I am a uk size 16 but I like loose clothes and this one is really small. My friend is a UK size 12 and she can't fit as for the tight chest of this dress.Really dissatisfied and disappointed for not having my money back.

I have bought 2 of these. The first was the autumn colours (browns etc) It's really smart, it's quite warm to wear (no coat required except in winter) and after a wash it's held its shape nicelySo I bought a second one in slightly warmer colours and a size larger as the medium I bought was snug. The arms are so narrow I can't get into it and the cut is so awful it just hangs. I don't understand how two of the same style of product can have a totally different cut.The material quality is great in both, it's hit and miss on the stitching and cuts. A real shame as the first one is fabulous. It now explains why there are so many mixed comments
