Very uncomfortable, Doesn't connect with laptops or most other devices, some useless features
The most important feedback I would like to highlight about these is that they cause ear pain after 15-20 minutes of use. I would not recommend these at all, as they are highly uncomfortable.Other flaws would be that the bluetooth feature doesn't allow you to connect to most other devices like laptops/desktops except for select samsung phones and some iphones. The audio quality doesn't seem to be that great either giving you absolutely no reason to go for this pair of headphones. I thought of buying them because of the akg stamp but clearly very disappointed.Another warning is that , the samsung customer service did nothing about this to help me out. Leaves me with a very poor impression of samsung as a brand wholistically, would just go for apple products in the future.

Not loud enough - not fully compatible with Samsung TV
I bought these to go with a new 2020 Samsung TV. The connect fine but the volume is fixed and doesn't increase and is not loud enough. Really not good at all.

Prese durante gli Amazon Prime Day secondo il mio parere sono delle ottime cuffie adatte anche a chi fa sport perché si adattano bene all'orecchio e non scappano. Hanno una buona resa acustica con anche dei bei bassi. Si connettono velocemente e semplicemente al cellulare per cui mi sento di consigliare l'acquisto

Belle ma...
Ho acquistato queste cuffie in sostituzione delle precedenti Samsung leve U (sostituite perché si sono rotte).Metto solo tre stelle perché la durata della batteria non è come mi aspettato.Non discuto della qualità del materiale o del suono, ma la batteria non è abbastanza "lunga".Mi aspettavo qualcosa di più (almeno il doppio). Le precedenti le caricavo in media ogni 5 giorni, queste le devo caricare in media ogni 2 giorni.Valuterò sicuramente l'acquisto di altre cuffie in alternativa. Peccato.

Indossabilità pessima
La resa audio sarebbe ottima, ma è davvero impossibile indossarle almeno per il mio orecchio, se forzate mi fanno dolore. Effettuato il reso.
