It's not SUPPOSED to be a train set.
it"s a metaphorical/corporeal experiment in the ultimate futility of hyperminimalism. How much of a thing can you remove before it stops being that thing and becomes another thing? This was the question posed by the manufacturers: "if we take away as much as we can to make this as cheap as we can, will it still be a train set?" Clearly a worthy topic of research, with a dramatic and surprising outcome. The answer is NO of course. It won't be a train set.It will be an absolute piece of crap with the bare visuals of being a train set and some basic superficial trappings of being fun but no, NOT a train set anymore. More a metaphor for how capitalism eventually eats itself up and disappears. The plastic used in this could have been used to make something useful, like packaging for something that does work or microbeads for dispersing in the ocean and giving fish altzeimers, but they chose to make this. And I chose to buy it.I read the reviews and bought it anyway. That's on me.No blame there.Somewhere out there a turtle isn't developing Parkinson's because I bought this experiment in pseudo-physicality.I'll have to live with that decision. But you don't.Take the £10 you were going to spend on this and set fire to it. Or jam it directly into the gullet of a living animal to shorten the chain of events or use it to pay to have a thinning curse enacted on the manufacrurers... Or maybe, just maybe... Put it towards a more expensive item that actually works in some way.Just maybe....

Not Great, Very Fiddly And Flimsy
This would probably work well as a first ever train set for a little one (aged 3-5 perhaps), but only if you're willing to stay with them while they're playing to keep picking up the train as it does not always go round the tracks properly and often tips over. The tracks also come apart a bit too easily and they are difficult to store as they are flimsy/fragile and different shapes. Probably best in their own little toybox away from heavier toys that could snap them.

Train didn't work, I was gutted :(
Brought this to go on top of a cake, thought it would be amazing to have a moving train as a cake topper. But when it arrived the train didn't work and didn't have time to get another so had to use it. I was gutted that the train didn't go round.

Disappointed
Very poorly made , could construct it because the buckles snapped off in transport

Not the beat
Not what I was expecting. I wasn’t expecting much because of the price but thought it would be better than it was
