Great price for socketed 4PDT 12VDC Relay
This review is for the 4PDT 12 VDC relay. I knew in advance it had no diode across the coil but it is easy enough to add 1 externally to eliminate the counter EMF when the coil 12 VDC is turned off. The schematic is clearly printed on the clear relay case. No other documentation is provided. The seller consistently ignores the user's need to know the coil current drain on all of his relays. Supplying the coil resistance would have help a lot of perspective buyers but no joy! The 12 VDC version I purchased draws 90 ma. If you look closely you will see a cylindrical groove on the side of the relay. A 4-40 machine screw will work for mounting. The case is about 1/2" thick in that area so depending on your application a pair of 1" 4-40 screws and hardware should work fine. I'd buy this relay again should I need it.

Works as intended, Came in a nice plastic case
I needed a 24VAC relay for my humidifier controller project. I have a Sonoff SV hooked up to my furnace control board and humidifier, however, in order to have the fans turn on at the same time, i needed a double throw relay that can close both the fan circuit and the humidifier circuit without bridging them.I had another relay laying around, however once I hooked it up it just made a vibrating noise. Realizing that that was a DC relay, I had to purchase an AC relay that would work. This turned up in my search for relay. This relay worked great and served my intended purpose. An extra bonus is that it came in a nice plastic case which I can store some of my tiny electronic parts with. It also came with a wire bracket which I guess is to secure the relay to the plug base. However, that bracket is so thin that it's basically useless. Since I had to house the relay with my Sonoff SV, I did not want that wire bracket to short any circuits. I ended up not putting on the bracket. The relay inserts snuggly to the plug base anyways, and with it housed inside a electric box, there really is no need.

8-Pin 10 AMP 12V DC Relay Coil with Socket Base
I bought this 8 pin relay because it had the mounting carriage that had mounting screws for each of the wires I needed to connect to complete the automation of the chicken coop door. I didn't have the mounting bracket that the carriage could snap into, but it was secured with another method that was just as useful. I've had the relay installed for 5 days at the time of writing this review. It has performed as expected. I would buy it again, and look into getting a mounting bracket for easier installation.

Received relay with DC coil, not AC coil--TWICE
I ordered the relay with a 24V AC coil. The plastic box it came in says it is 24v AC relay coil, but the relay itself had a 24V DC coil, as indicated on the description on the top of the relay, and also as indicated by the green, rather than red, LED light.Too bad. It looks well-built. I will return and re-order, and hopefully get the right item this time.UPDATE: Down to 1 star. I returned the DC relay that was in a box labeled for an AC relay, and asked them to send me a replacement. I received the replacement, and it also is a DC relay, again boxed in an AC relay box, and with a different model number than what is listed on the box. Giving up.

Works perfectly
Only suggestion would be to add a schematic that that indicates which terminals on the block connect to which relay terminals. Relay had a schematic printed on it, but had to figure out the terminal block with an ohm meter and a paper clip.

Easy and fast wiring thanks to included socket.
Working exactly as needed for my DIY solar pool heater. Used this relay to switch a dusk till dawn sensor to work in reverse to turn on power to an electrical outlet during the day and shut it off at night. Wiring was simple and easy with the included socket. I wish all relays were this quick to wire up. Because it is a magnetic relay, it does make an audible noise when it switches on or off. The red LED is also nice for ensuring the relay is active at night and shutting off power.

Doesn't work with HVAC thermostat voltage
i expected this to be in the LY2 footprint, however it is not. The most disappointing thing is the fact that I cannot drive this with my thermostat transformer. i needed it to close when my second stage AC comes on, but it doesn't throw the relay. I have several other 24V relays from Omron that work just fine in this system. They will work with about 16V AC. This one is going into the rainy day electronics box for some other project. :(

dont buy it
so i bought one of these a few years ago for a diy ATO project. which is still in use today. i installed this relay in the same manner as my other one. was kinda simple to have a working relay to follow, no need to test terminals. so when I plugged it in. it just started buzzing very loudly and the controlled device I had plugged in would not come on just non-stop buzzing. I'm not sure what causes this buzzing as i am no electrician. so i am sending it back. i will try one more.
