Region B and very French
I have a multi-region player, and this package is all Region B, so it plays.The irritating thing is that either you play it in French with English subtitles or in English with French subtitles. It won't let me turn off the subtitles. Though it is a beautiful film, extremely well-crafted, with amazing 3D, those subtitles are irritatingly always there, ruining the scenes.

They mean when they say it’s region 12 and may not play in your player!
Won’t play in my Sony Blu-ray player. I know it says in the description that it’s a region 12 disc and may not play in some players. However, my entire collection of Marvel movies are all region 12 and they all play flawlessly in my player. This is the only region 12 disc I own that won’t play, which leads me to believe either it’s not really a region 12 disc or Lionsgate really means it that that don’t want you playing that disc anywhere outside that region. Which is strange and actually really stupid.What makes this disc so special? I can’t see that this movie is selling out anywhere so why would you limit your disc to a specific region anyway?

Region B only
Was real excited about watching this movie in 3D. I go to play it only to find out that it won't play on PS4. That's because it's a region B. There no where in the description that is says it won't play in the U.S. region and the seller know this. Bad seller. This version of Valerian has a 3D Atmos track. That's very rare for 3D movies. I think Oppo 203 and 204 blu ray players plays all region. The seller needs to put in the description that it won't play in the U.S. region.

What good it is, if it does not work, at all!
It did not work with my cd/dvr player, at all.When I was checking to return it, the people that are supplying the product said that they would not accept if shrink wrap is open.I did not know it would not work until I tried it! To do so I have to open the shrink wrap to get to the cd.Does not make sense!

Different regent won't play
The movie do not play in the U.S. different region. At the post office I was told it would cost 24$ to send it back for a refund.So I have no choice but to keep the movie.
