Overall my son LOVED the necklace. It had a decent weight to it and was smooth with no "pinching" of hairs. Unfortunately the necklace broke after about 2 months. In the description the necklace comes with a 90 day warranty but, because it is fulfilled by Amazon it reverts back to the 30 day return/exchange policy. HOWEVER Amazon did offer a refund on the damaged necklace. This is due to Amazon being awesome more so then the 90 day defunct policy of the seller. So If the necklace didn't break I would have given 5 stars. If Amazon hadn't offered a return I would have given 1. Overall I did like the product and would attempt to purchase it again.

It's hard to pick out a chain online, even if you know what length, and mm size you want. You can't see it, hold it or try it on. My last chain broke and I wanted a new one... Well, I already sent two back because when they got here, I either didn't like it or it ended up being about 1mm too big, and the charm and pendant would not fit. I know, probably 'my-bad' for not knowing the correct mm size to order to begin with. Fine. However, this chain was PERFECT! Length, size and surprisingly the black stainless color was an added style that I ended up loving. I normally get the silver stainless, but wanted to try the black for a change, and I am glad I did. Presently surprised with everything about this chain. I highly recommend this chain and the seller, and I WILL buy from again! ...and yes, I am an actual customer an not some person that got paid to leave a good review. I always think the same thing every time I see a '5 Star' rating. Hope this helps other online shoppers looking for a good chain.

I absolutely love this necklace. I was given my late Grandfather’s Air Force ring and I have been looking for a nice chain that would be sturdy enough to hold the ring without Spending a fortune. When I came across this necklace I decided to give it a try. And I’m glad I did.Not only is the necklace sturdy, but it really does look expensive. I feel that it balances out my other black and tungsten jewelry that I wear daily.I am also very pleased with its durable clasp. I certainly don’t walk around constantly checking to make sure my chain hasn’t fallen off. I’m able to go about my day without having to worry about losing my Grandfather’s ring.I attached a side-by-side view of this necklace with a black necklace that I purchased earlier this year from Buckle. The buckle necklace wore out - losing its color - after 2 months and it’s obvious from the pictures that it’s much thinner than this necklace. Note the last picture is the picture of the Buckle necklaces that I am referencing as shown when purchased new on their website. It says a lot that this necklace is superior to Buckles.I highly recommend this chain. It’s a great deal for the cost.

Perfect! I needed a replacement for my other black chain necklace since it wasn't strong enough for my taste. I wear my class ring that's painted black with it and it looks great! Also, for future references, the “men’s” length seems to be the most accurate no matter what body type you have, it shouldn’t change the length that dramatically even if you’re a thin woman.

I was just looking for something small, simple, and cheap to put a ring on and to hang around my neck. I really like this necklace, as it's not too big bulky or noticeable. The length is just perfect! (I believe I got the 22'). The 2 most important things about this necklance for me are1. It's durable. This thing doesn't seem like it's going to randomly break from everyday wear and tear (I sleep with it on as well)2. IT DOESN'T SMELL! You know that metallic smell you get from those cheap beaded chain necklances? Yeah, this doesn't have that. It also won't make your neck a greenish color.I would recommend this product and probably buy it again if the need every arises.

This chain is perfect for my needs, I strung a pendant on to it and wear it 24/7 and have yet to notice any signs of wear or weakness with the chain. Even after wearing it while showering, swimming in the ocean and really never taking it off for anything after having it for nearly six months.

Ever notice that in action movies and apocalyptic movies people are always wearing something on a chain and it never breaks? I always wonder how they do that because mine always break from the wear and tear of always wearing a backpack and having an active lifestyle. I couldn't decide whether I should get the 2 mm or the 4mm, but I was tired of chains breaking so I got the 4mm. Kind of a mistake, in that it doesn't fit through the bails of some of what I wanted to wear it with. But it fits through the largest, and also, it's attractive enough to wear on its own. And sort of being at ground zero of a nuclear strike, I don't think it will break. The mechanism has no play in it. Justglides smoothly.I'm going to buy another one in the 2MM size to handle the smaller bails, but have zero regrets about this purchase.

Just received my chain today. Though I love it for it's style and feel, I cannot comment on its durability. I'm sure it will be fine in my possession since I don't wear jewelry as much as I'd like, but I digress.I do want to mention that I've seen a lot of reviews about the length of this chain. Keep in mind that if you're looking for a specific size, add 2 inches to that when ordering. This is the second time I've ordered a chain (or 2) on Amazon, and it seems that they come in 2" shorter than intended. This has been proven comparing a rope chain I have (not from Amazon) that's true to length and THIS one matches THAT one (26" vs. 24").Otherwise, great for the money paid? (I used a gift card, thanks Dad, lol) I'm satisfied!
