I began taking this mid December 2020. I am a 70 year old woman in good shape, non-smoker, normal weight, eats well, but has a family history of high blood pressure. Essential hypertension is my diagnosis. After trying several drugs which made my hair fall out, beta-blockers, losarten, etc. I landed on Amlodipine (Norvasc). I needed 10mg of Amlodipine to bring me to the 135/85 zone. I wanted to lower that just a bit further and began exploring natural, herbal options. After a few months on this herbal formula my pressure seemed to get very stable at levels around 128/78. My pressure would not fluctuate so radically with every mood and move I made, but remain solid. Because I have a BP cuff at home I can take my pressure anytime. At three months on this herbal mixture I tried an experiment to see in it was truly making a difference. On two separate occassions I went off B/P Stabili-T. The first time my pressure began to rise slightly on day three. After 5 days off B/P Stabiliti_T the numbers were up to 135/85 again. I began taking the supplement again and saw the numbers drop back down. I did this again to be sure and the same pattern repeated. Take note that this supplement takes months to work and it is subtle. Also allow that it may not work for everyone. For me I am convinced this is helping just that little I needed. I am remaining on the Amlodipine as well. Just last week during my Doc visit for a check-up, my pressure was 114/78. Almost always my pressure rises with a Doc visit, just love my doc I guess! But here is this herbal giving me that steady result despite the outer circumstances. I am grateful. I hope it works for you as well.

Did not notice a difference after week. Got other product.

This happened after the Christmas holidays through Jan & Feb, with bad habits of diet & no exercise, watching tv, etc. I Went to the Dr. for a general yearly. I was shocked that my BP was 165/105. Repeat was similar. I told the Dr. I do have "white coat high bp" but usually fine otherwise. I came home and my bp was still high on my machine as well. My husband's was also high. I am a nurse & so horrified it was still high. I know that high bp leads to stroke, possible dementia, & also heart attack, & other problems. I do not like pharmacy drugs.....too many side effects, & then other drugs are added for side effects & next thing you know, you're on 15 drugs.....I've seen it. So I like to try natural alternatives (seem to have much lower side effects) . This product was recommended at Sprouts and so I gave it a try. It worked rapidly. We took our blood pressure twice a day. We cut our coffee consumption from 2 to 1 cup only/day. We started walking a little when we had time, and we cut out the excessive bread & pastries we were eating. It worked quite rapidly, BP started to decrease within a few days. It's been 3 months and our blood pressure is back to normal again. Product seems to work whether you change your diet & habits or not as it continues to work during times we slip back to our old habits. I like it so much, I recommend it to others if you don't like BIG PHARMA!!! So I am grateful to have found this. Also, The ashwaganda gives a slight calming effect and helps me sleep well. This product is a lifesaver!!!! Try it.
