I am really satisfied with these adjustable ankle weights. Each ankle strap has 5 pockets that hold 1-pound weights, which can be removed individually to adjust the weight. I throw these on my ankles every time i go for a walk, doesn’t matter how long to the walk, these come with me. The velcro is incredibly durable and strong. Strong enough to hold the weight of the product high enough on my ankle and does not slip (even when they get a bit sweaty or from lotion on my legs - these hole up great) I was a little embarrassed at first wearing these, but they just look like you’re wearing high socks and now I wear them all the time because who cares honestly. I also got purple and could have gotten black if I didn’t want them to stand out as much, but I love the purple. They’re very comfortable, they look great, and I can wear them for both a 5 minute walk or 30 minute walk. Perfect weight for me as well. Might get a pair for my wrists as well.

These weights are much more comfortable than the ones that use the metal rods. Also the Velcro fastener is nice and wide so it attaches firmly and easily with no loops or buckles that you have to thread through. Removing the little weighted bags to adjust the weight is easy enough. Putting them back in takes a little more time because they are not hard and smooth like a metal rod and you have to work them back into the pouch. However the fabric is stretchy and it is quite doable. Since I rarely change the weight it won’t affect me much. I love the ease and comfort of these weights. If I ever decide to get heavier weights for more challenge I would definitely buy this brand again.

I really like these. They are comfortable and easy to put on. I wish they had tabs to removed the weights though. Other than that they are very good.

I love these ankle weights because not only is the wt adjustable but there is no buckle or loop to have to feed a strap through. You simply fold over the Velcro strap and it is attached. I use these with my home health patients. I clean them after each use with a knock off Clorox wipes product. They have held up well. I do have to use a little bit of caution when removing the adjustable weights as the bags of “sand” Or whatever, are kind of thin and could easily tear.

Not bulky. Velcro closure broad and secure. Seems like quality design matched with quality materials. Expect long life. I use mine on wrists for shoulder rehabilitation.

I’m an elderly athlete, and these are a great addition to my exercise routines. They can be worn around the house, or on walks; or for specific exercises working legs and arms. I’m a skinny 100 pounds, and they fit me fine. Easy to adjust the weights. Very happy camper.

Bought these weights after a knee surgery to improve the strength in my knee. These are well made. Relatively easy to remove/odd extra weight. Very happy with purchase.

I already have several sets of ankle/wrist weights. These are really high quality and comfortable. I got two five pound weights as i felt that i could lower to four or three (neither of which i have) and add to in addition to my other five pound weights if i wanted to. the little bags coming out is one of the things i was looking for and there is a bit of a stretch to the strap which helps make them fit nicely.

Great ankle weights for a surprisingly lower than competition price. The velcro strap is large and strong and the ability to change total weight by adding or removing the small weights inside makes it great for progressive training.

I enjoy the fact that you can adjust the overall weight by adding/removing weights. Comfortable to wear with or without clothes in between. Good quality.
