Our guest bed is a German bunk bed so the mattress has about a six inch gap on it. Originally I wanted to just fill it but decided to add a headboard pillow instead. This foam was absolutely perfect. Not that it matters to you, but it was the exact size I needed and it felt magical, you know. Like when do you ever get the chance to buy exactly what you need for a diy with no leftovers??Anyways, I used the 24x72” (5” thick firm) to made the gap filler pillow (the white one) and then added a second pillow that overlaps the mattress a little (the teal one) to add more of a buffer to the floating shelf. Since adults sleep on this bed, I wanted to make sure no one hit their head on it, as it’s a little intrusive.The firmness was perfect, soft but really supportive. When leaning on it with a good book in hand for a while, it didn’t buckle or sink and I never hit the little shelf.As far as working with the material, it was really easy to cut. Since I got the 5” thick one, I had to make multiple passes with my trusty snap blade, but it when through with ease. Some tips though: mark out a line on three sides to make sure you’re staying perpendicular and not making an angled cut; hold the blade at a 45° angle and pull, if you feel resistance you will get pills and a messy cut. I only had a few little foam fuzzies to pick up at the end!Overall I will be purchasing all my upholstery and cosplay foam from here because I just loved working with it. I felt like the price was good for material that was simultaneously easy to work with and functioned extremely well.

Fantastic! Firm & comfy for my SUV-camper. I cut it very easily with an electric kitchen knife to fit in the space /SUV and it works beautifully. Well-made, high quality, HIGH DENSITY foam.NO SMELL.

I ordered the firm 1" foam, and the foam itself is quite nice! Still very squishy (more of a mid-firmness upholstery foam in my experience) and no smell, so worth the price imo. However, the way it's packaged unfortunafely leaves much to be desired. It's folded in half lenthwise before being tightly rolled up. Unfortunately this leaves a deep crease (& lots of wrinkles) in the foam that relax a little with time but possibly never quite go away. The photo shows one of the freshly delivered rolls still taped up, and a just-opened roll with the crease and wrinkles. I opened one of the 3 rolls I ordered a few days ago and while it's relaxed enough that I think the deformations won't hinder the project I bought all this for, I'm still disappointed that it wasn't smoothly rolled and will probably never be entirely smooth like I needed. Maybe I can use the heat from a hairdryer/heatgun to ease the worst deformations out, but I wish that wasn't a necessity. Also the foam is partially wrapped in a protective sheet which is much appreciated, but not all of it was covered like the top & bottom ends of the roll. Thankfully these look clean on my order so no harm in this instance, but if they're stored somewhere dusty or are shipped in damaged packaging, that might not be the case. So good product, not great packaging.

Purchased a firm and a semifirm 6" cushion to use in my van build for a sofa/bed. The feel of the cushions is very similar and if I didn't know they were two differnt densities I would think they were the same. That said, I've had the Firm one for several months and used it multiple times so it may have softened a bit to replicate the feel of the SemiFirm one. Both of the cushions are pretty firm but very comfortable sitting and laying on. They are very supportive and make a great bed for my purposes. The foam does not compress very much-- maybe 3 inches wherever the greatest amount of weight is. For reference this is used for 125lb and 165lb adults. Both of these cushions were received quickly, neatly rolled and in pristine condition. I unrolled the cushions immediately upon arrival. I didn't have any issues with them and they lay flat. There was a very slight smell to them that was not offensive and that very quickly dissipated. Overall a great product for our purposes as a sofa and a bed. Would definitely buy again from this seller.

Absolutely satisfied with this purchase!I bought the 6x24x72 FIRM foam to replace 2 cushions on a very old, very uncomfortable sofa. I debated on firm v semi and after reading a few reviews settled on the firm. It is VERY firm but comfortable. It gives great height and support and fits perfectly in the sofa. Theres no smell, no discoloration, it was packaged nicely and easy to unbox. I did notice my piece measured 71 inches before cutting but after sawing in half with a bread knife, and inserting into new covers it slides right into place. A couple bucks on foam saved me 100's-1000's on a new sofa!

It is very dense, heavy, high quality foam. It ships vacuum packed, so it's a relatively small package, not overburdening for the delivery person. Considering the firmness and density, the price is as low as can be.

This foam was firm and worked perfectly for my sofa cushions. Absolutely no odor, its thickness is perfect. Great value for the money and not very expensive at all.
