It worked as it should. I mounted to the bumper on my camper to hold a bike rack. Quality seems good and it was super easy to install.

This unit has panels front and back, if installing over the point where the bumper is attached to the frame, the back panel is a problem.

Works very well... however be careful not to overload your bumper if you're using it for a bike rack. I had five (yes I know) bikes on the back and the receiver held up perfectly but my bumper started pulling off the chassis.

Very impressed. There were a few of these adapters that were cheaper, and many that were more expensive. This one is very rugged. Certainly much more rugged than my RV trailer bumper. Fits perfectly. Welds look smooth and strong. Finish is nice. Mine did not come with lock washers as shown on Amazon and in the instructions. The nuts were not lock nuts, so you should get some lock washers if they are missing from yours. Still, this is certainly worth 5 stars, even without the lock washers. Either paint the U bolts with rust-resistant paint or spray with WD-40 or some similar spray to help delay the eventual surface rust that hits all hitches eventually. I also spray the inner sleeve where the bike rack will go. Keep the sand out of that sleeve, and getting the bike rack (or other accessory) on and off will go much more smoothly. I'll be careful about how much I load onto the RV trailer bumper. It is a quality trailer, but certainly was not meant for a heavy load.

A hitch. It does say bumper pull weight or 300lbs, whichever is less... I used it for an entirely different purpose but the build quality looks just fine to me. Mine is welded straight as opposed to some other reviews. I bolted mine to a work bench so I can use my hitch vise at the work bench and it works well for my purpose. The tube the hitch slides into is a very tight fit...

Perfect for my bumper and will be used for flagpole holder and for rear travel rack. Fit perfectly on the bumper with no modifications and took 5 minutes to install. Do not plan on overloading this as weight limit is 200 lbs, but for light duty this was a much less expensive and easy fix versus installing a frame mounted hitch or paying twice as much for a more heavy duty bumper mount hitch.

We use the standard frame mounted hitch to flat tow a car behind our motorhome. I added this to the top of motorhome square tube bumper to attach a bike rack. Works very well. I wouldn't use it to tow a car or trailer over 1000 lbs. This part would probably hold up but it would likely tear the bumper off!

I gave this to my friend and neighbor and set him up with a bike rack on his fifth wheel. After six or so trips the U-bolts fatigued and utterly failed while traveling down the interstate. The bikes are destroyed and the rack needs some expensive repairs. Not recommended. Will try to contact company to see if they stand behind their product.Update: 9/15/2020Ultra-Fab’s response was prompt but completely deflecting:“I am sorry to hear of the U-bolts breaking, we have done testing on our U-bolts and find that proper installation is critical or the bolts can fail. Great product for using a bike hitch , only problem I found is they want it installed on top of bumper but my trailer would not allow it so it’s under bumper but still works

Super handy and a breeze to install. Loaded up the bike rack and bikes on the back of the trailer and no issues at all.

good hitch. had to paint some parts black to help protect against rust. would have been nice if it came with everything painted.
