Beat up box and stools
Sadly these came damaged. The box was severely beat up with a huge hole. The metal on the stools were beat up and severely scratched. Had to order replacement. Hopefully, the next ones won’t be the same. This happen when we order the same ones 2 years ago.

Not sturdy at all
The legs are not level and the seat and pole wobble even after tightening the braces underneath. My clients are afraid to sit for photos. They are just collecting dust now.

Great looking stools
Very easy to put together. Comes with adjustable feet to make up for any craftsmanship issues in the stool or your floor. Nice construction. Look great. Not overly comfortable, but we didn’t buy them to sit on for long periods of tie anyway. Great value.

BROKEN ITEM!!!!
DAMAGED ITEM AGAIN!!!! I ordered these once and the damage was small so I didn’t ask for a refund but this time it is BROKEN and unable to assemble. I am so mad

Product arrived broken.
Locking arm came broken in the package. Overall I like the product, however, the locking arm is cast iron and very brittle.
