I have to confess, I ordered this and already had one but that is not the point here. I needed the size below of this duffel for everyday use. I ordered it and it is on the way. I went online yesterday to return the larger item I already have (for airline travel). I went through the return process and printed the labels. When I dropped the parcel off at UPS, I had my credit card out to pay for return shipping and the guy says to me, 'you don't owe anything'. I looked at him to make sure I heard him correctly. He said, 'Amazon is one of the best and they take care of it for you'.As a rabid Amazonian, it reinforced my loyalty to the company. What a great experience! I am probably a moderate purchaser from Amazon. Not the best customer but certainly they know my name and address. Thanks for such a great experience!And this bag is amazing! It could survive nuclear holocaust! Durable beyond belief so any of you wanting a rugged duffel, this is the answer to your prayers!

Not nearly as durable as competition
I bought one of these almost a year ago. Now it's totally done. After only 4 days on the back of a snowmobile, it's breaking by just about everywhere. Of course this product is a lot cheaper than competition but should you want a cheaper yet reliable duffel, you should go for the Helly Hansen duffel or North Face base camp when on special.Truth be told, I believe the main issue comes from a cheap material that does not tolerate cold temperatures and that is simply too thin compared to others. For the rest, the additional strap design could use some work while it's an interesting idea. Also, Outbound offers no actual warranty for their products so better play safe but a manufacturer that actually places reliability and durability on their menu.

Awesome heavy duty duffle
Just got it today and already i know its going to be perfect. Very heavy duty material and 90L really is pretty huge(think tent, sleeping bag and sleeping pad + clothes). Seems like it would be pretty water resistant too. has backpack straps and a waistbelt as well which will come in handy. Overall I am very happy so far. I will be using it this weekend for geology field work and will post an update as to its durability.

Good Bag
Really good heavy duty PVC bag. Its a great med-large capacity bag, I've had other PVC bags and this one is built well as far as I can tell.
